what about the Ribo Urbans, what ever happened to these?

What exactly does XBMC enable me to do that an xbox or a pc cannot do?
-
Charlie do you have endless amounts of money?? You seem to have a lot of toys to play with. Personally I do not mod my xbox's or any games consoles as I cant afford to replace them if they are broken. More to the point, if it isnt broken dont fix it What exactly do you gain from modding an xbox other than free games, which helps destroy the industry? I admit I used to download games on the PC, Films and Music, but I have now virtually stopped, I just get the odd tv show now and then and the occasional film, started going to the cinema more EDIT: Read your post above and what exactly is the point in running uBuntu and OSX on an Xbox, I dont realyl see any advantage. Also with adding more ram, the games were designed to run on specific hardware settings, it more than likely wont address the extra memory. Good luck with the site though, I cant see it being huge as there are many places around that will mod an xbox or just pop down a market and buy one but good luck .

The rims look like the old Onza Hogs which were basically eyeletted try-alls. Also those hubs have been out for a while as far as I am aware, they are on tartys site now I believe. I dont know of anyone who has used them though.

Now thats a challenge if I have ever seen one

You can try rFactor. There is a demo you can get, wont look anywhere near as pretty though, even on a top end pc.

Frame is not completely knakered, I am just not a fan of riding a bike with a helicoil in it, however much stronger its meant to be, prefer having a normal bike without any bodges or fixes. Its just me being weird Prolly go for the ozony, as porter said the geo and weight just looks fantastic.
-
Sure your not saying that because its the more expensive frame I have liked it since I saw it to be honest, I am leaning towards it I think. Does look hella nice. and the geo sounds very good, not too dissimilar to my current Zoo but enough of a change.
-
I am just doing extra work to afford a new frame, its not like its backpocket change If I do 2 more 9-5 shifts I can afford the Ozony but I do not want to buy it and then snap it after a month.
-
I do want the Ozony however not sure if it would live up to street abuse.
-
I have recently had to helicoil the threads on my current Pitbul 07, and being a fanny I like my bike to be perfect so I want to get a new frame. Dont question it. I love the way the 07 Pitbull rides however I do kinda fancy a change. I am starting to ride competitions again now thus the inclusion of the Cannibal however I do ride a lot of street so not sure if the frame would stand up to it. I am completely undecided on what frame to get as I had an 06 Adamant with high bb which was horrible however a lot of people are praising the new GU so I am tempted to try this, then again mid bb might be better such as the Czar or Cannibal. Or staying with a lowish bb on the Zoo might be my best option. Any opinions welcome, all frames in long btw.

Hooks and sidehops for me too. Hooks not so much a weakness more of a still learning, where as side hops can only do about 42" which I think is pretty poor as I have been riding 4-5 years now, makes me feel old even though I am 18 lol.
-
If your on about saving weight for a competition bike then yeah I can understand the logic. If its a normal bike you ride (your everday trials bike) then why bother, ride with what feels nice. My bike is quite a tank but it stands up to everything I throw at it.

Its a booster, if its anything like my GU one, it will be PHat and make your brake solid. To be honest its made by deng, so I imagine it will be very similar in performance to all his boosters and I have found them good.

Trials Game For Ps3, Ps2, Xbox 360 Etc
Nick Garland replied to ConnorPowell's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Well in current EA NFS games, the cars handle like shit and slide everywhere, infact they do not handle NFS is pants and EA need to die. It would not be that hard to make but as people have said its a very small market they would be selling to. If they could make it accessable to more people then it might sell more. -
I used to run 22:17 then went to 16:13, found it pretty hard however I then went to 16:14, riding impoved massively. Now I am on the odd gearing of 17-15 Bloody lovely.

Trials Game For Ps3, Ps2, Xbox 360 Etc

Its possible on the 360 now with the dev kit they have released to the public. XNA. I would make one if I could be bothered, perhaps as my 3rd year project -
Ha legend. It is fun to show them how dumb they are Its not too bad round my area, I just try to avoid where they are.

Well it seems to work in WMP and when exported from Premiere in WMP just not VLC. Ah well wmp will do fine, I shall try burning a DVD tomorrow and see what happens.
-
OK this is random. Play it in VLC it plays 4:3, play it in WMP it plays 16:9. Now I am confused. I think my VLC is screwed.
-
Yea its 720 x 480 in NTSC and 720 x 576 in PAL. I have set the camera to record in widescreen mode, buts its not a native widescreen camera, it just whacks 2 black lines top and bottom which doesnt bother me to be honest. Just when capturing to the PC it does it in 4:3 and sqeezes the image, yet change the aspect ratio to 16:9 in VLC and it looks perfect like a true 16:9 camera would.
-
Right today I got a Sony DCR-HC37E camera, takes mini dv tapes, not that this makes a difference. Now I know its not native widescreen however it has wide mode. Correct me if I am wrong here, in PAL 16:9 widescreen mode is for example 720 x 480. This camera record in 720 x 756, standard 4:3. When captured onto the computer and in VLC, if recorded in widemode, it plays in 4:3 and the image is squished, however if you change the aspect ratio to 16:9 it is fine and looks like it should, not stretched etc just a normal file. I then went to Premiere Pro 1.5, chose the DV Widescreen setting for the project. I captured it in this and it captured it again in 4:3 needing it to be changed to 16:9 for it to look normal. Providing the above made sense were doing ok. Now I think the reason this is going wrong might be because if the pixel aspect ratio. In Premiere pro there are a few options, when selecting the project details, it keeps the resolution the same of 720 x 576 but changes the pixel aspect ratio. Under PAL Widescreen, it sets this pixel aspect ratio to 1.44 where as on standard 4:3 the ratio is only 1.067 Right if the above made sense does anyone know how I can capture from the camera in 16:9, perhaps if I set custom settings this would solve the problem? Any ideas anyone? If this didnt make sense, say so and I will try better to explain.

Went from an 06 adamant to an 07 zoo and loved it. Was curious as to how the GU07 rides as I may be tempted to buy one but I am not completely sure yet. Let us know how it is for gapping etc as its between an 07GU, 07 Czar or the 08 pitbull whenever its released.
