Probably won't be worth any of them, haha! Its kept me amused over the winter though I guess.
-
Hopefully its worth all the work, time, and money its cost me!!!

If in doubt, ask

I mean of the previous turbo I'm only on actuator pressure (14psi) on this setup, which is ~300bhp, but its epic, so can't imagine what it'll be like when mapped! LSD gearbox is going in on Saturday too, just to add to the awesomeness Once its mapped, it will properly be "done". The only route left after that would be stripping and caging...which is not something I want to be doing. So I'll use it for the summer, then sell it and buy myself a new car for my birthday.

Or 3 months driving on actuator pressure at ~260bhp when you have a 350bhp capable turbo

I'm hoping so, Luke Although in Greg's defense, there was no mention of where the hole should go
-
Is the tapped hole in the centre of the side? Looks offset...that might cause a problem

As long as its before winter and I become an old fart in an S5

Think it was at Coombe 100 years ago

Nope, he's pretty retarded in real life too

And you drive around in a shitty mk2 golf?

Basing that on you working a 40 hour week (although I dare say you probably work more), that works out at just over £48 an hour. No chance.

f**k. Off. No you don't.

I was a bit anxious, but it's actually fairly straight forward. Soooo many gears and stuff, but it can only go together one way, so it's not really that difficult. Everything is bloody heavy though, and the parts I needed to drill were made from the planet's hardest metal!

LSD built up, selector forks reinforced, box stripped and ready to be reassembled: Everything back in its place: Casing back on, gasket seal applied between the two halves, and all bolts torqued up. Just waiting on driveshaft flange seals before filling with oil and putting it on (at last!):

Jardo, the MBC was plumbed in parallel with the N75 to control boost spikes (assuming it is piped up as the diagram below...which it sounds like it is). You might find its really spikey now if the map on it is shite. Danny, seats are Corbeau Club Sports. They are £300 for a pair, with side mounts, and double locking runners. I would recommend the XL version unless you have a 32" waist or below: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Corbeau-Club-Sport-NEW-Composite-Seat-with-mounts-runners-PAIR-STD-/231528633340?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item35e82e93fc

The bend in mine was at the back originally: I basically cut the bend out, and moved it closer to the front. Lol at the ebay guy...what did he say?
-
I had to tweak mine ever so slightly to get it to fit. Was very easy, literally just cut a section out and swapped it around. I also had to add a "strategic dent" because it was so close to the bulkhead. Mine went into one of the ebay 3" systems, so the flange bit wasn't an issue. Apparently if you move the engine over on the mounts it clears the bulkhead a bit easier too. Compare that with the revised downpipe, and you can see the difference: It is however a very good deal, so if you don't mind a bit of work, its probably worth the price. I really struggle to not recommend the 3" turbo back Cobra system though. £680 for a resonated system, but its worth every penny. Fits like an absolute dream, and the quality is excellent.

I'll have one next weekend if you want it? (from the best leon ever...obviously )

So what are these then?! Seats look really good though. Still can't get over how cheap they are, such a bargain! Think I started a bit of a trend with them!
-
I assumed it was bolted, seeing as there were bolts in the holes, but I guess they may not be tightened. Even so, more ripples than a rasberry ripple ice-cream

If you consider those collosal gaps as not "turning out too bad", I'd hate to think what you thought was a shit job, hahaha! Looks good on the close up shot though, very clever
