  1. Is this enough information? There is no mention of thickness, but I think 15mm would be sufficient (or whatever the next nearest size is)
  2. A while ago there was somebody on here who did CNC work, I cannot for the life of me remember who though! Basically, I need something made like the picture below (just the spacer plate, not the bung, bolts or gasket). I don't need the seal around it, literally just the big hole in the middle, and the 4 holes. Not fussed what material it is made from, although alloy would be nice. I believe the thickness is about 15-20mm. I can get the measurements, and make a drawing, although its pretty simple!
  3. That's right Lukey. Some people use 45's because they say it helps keep the fogs. I've fitted 3 kits now, all with 90's, and still kept the fogs. Sounds like you might have a weak actuator - disconnect the N75 valve electrical plug and go for a blast...what does it boost to?
  4. Its a (hollow) threaded shaft with a hexagonal head. A bolt by all accounts...just a hollow one!
  5. Hey, it's easy to get James and Bumall mixed up!
  6. They don't want a manager driving a Panda...because they are shit?!
  7. I would much rather a "real" track day, but then again, it is considerably harder on the cars. Also, like has been mentioned, its not quite as social. The majority of tracks won't allow timing either, so you lose out on the competitive side of it.
  8. I vote Snetterton. Excellent track
  9. Surely that all cost about 50p though?!
  10. 100% up for it second time round. Can't really use the excuse of my car not being finsihed this time Can it be any earlier? Weather is a bit hit and miss in September!
  11. Don't chase times either. Learnt that fairly quickly!
  12. "This looks good, I'll have a go at that" *Looks at can of black VHT paint left over from exhaust* - "Spray directly on surface, no primer needed" *Sprays directly on surface* ... ...
  13. Helpig a friend of mine convert his Landrover Discovery to a Landrover Ka...too funny!
  14. I'll give you a grand if you pay me back asap with interest. Or, I'll give you £1500 to give me the Supra Bird - Yeah, as long as you site the intercooler low enough and cut the diagonal braces off the support panel, you can keep the fogs, yes
  15. Ah, in that case it makes sense to do it all at once. May as well replace the turbo with a hybrid whilst the manifold is off FMIC wise on yours you need: 2x 76-63mm 90 degree silicone reducing elbows 2x 63mm 90 degree silicone elbows 2x 63mm 90 degree alloy elbows 1x 63mm straight alloy joiner (100mm length) 1x 63mm straight silicone coupler JCS Hi-Grip jubilee clamps
  16. Get the rest of the mods for stage 2 first. Far better ways to spend the money
  17. It should be running (just about!). But won't be run in, and a long motorway drive isn't really the kind of running in I want to be doing!
  18. Yeah, I would agree, something is very wrong for the engine to be doing that!
  19. CBA to go back and dig through all your posts, but most of your stuff was done by Phil or Prawn in the past...that was more what I was talking about. With regards to the lack of indicators and alarm, I would take an educated guess that it is a fuse or power supply shared by both the alarm and indicator circuits (if it is, thats a proper pikey way of doing it!). As Jardo asked, do the hazards still work? What car is it? On a lot of cars, the hazard switch is the indicator switch. Don't just go chucking parts at it willy nilly, it will cost you a fortune...
