  1. XTR arms, XTR lever, Nokon Cable, Plazmatic CRV/V-fly pads, or Coustellier pad in Plazmatic CNC holder, with XTR booster and ground rim. Maybe Avid Ultimate arms instead of XTR, if you don't want the parallell push system. The Single Digit SL are a waste of money, if you want cheaper, get SD7.

ive tried two mono trials. One was on a mod, felt very nice, good power blah blah. Other was on a stock, and it was mushy, slippy and generally shit feeling.. i have been using my avid for a few months now, and can say that i'm quite impressed by it. can't say i've noticed it fading, but then again, i don't do speed on the trials bike. it was cheap, and works better than my XTR vee brake did, so i'm happy with it.
  6. Easton EA70. So you can keep the sexy stem going.
  7. TF looks the same through it for me? ;)
  8. They don't fall apart if you loctite the lockring, tighten it and check it every three months. Sorted.
  9. The 2.2" is going to feel pretty low on that rim.. Very stable and 'dead' feeling, will never pinch, but takes some effort fitting it on the rim. Should last longer than a Maxxis, and flex less.

    Why Why Why

Firewire is much better, as it has higher bandwitdh, leading to better quality video on the computer...
  12. I have. The lubage worked for about 3 hours. I'm gonna try a few different ones though, as I'm pretty sure forks sounding like that won't pass inspection at comps!

You should need: -Camera -Firewire card -DVi cord -Software, like Adobe Premiere, Pinnacle Studio, Windows Movie Maker or VirtualDub. Are you on WinXP? if you're on an older version of Windows you might have to install some drivers for the camera? That should work, if not, I dunno. :S

  17. There's usually a tick-box where you can choose "De-interlace video". Or a drop down menu, with alternatives like "deinterlaced", "interlaced" and "progressive"... Makes the video choppier (25 full frames instead of 50 half frames) but removes all the stupid lines when there's fast movement on screen.
  18. Deinterlace, please. Interlaced video sucks. De-interlaced the video. (Y)
  19. France, somewhere near Nice or Marseilles or so. Big house, big back yard, pool, snooker table.

    Food

Just finished the best stir-fry I've ever made. (Good stuff I tell thee). Might have some carraway seed sponge later.
  22. blt with mayo, hands down. nutella and cheese is another fave.
  23. The black ring, or vignetting, really depends on the camera. The further the extra lense sits from the camera's extra lense, the fisheye/wideangle might vignett a bit. The fisheye doesn't vignett on my Sony TRV25E camera, but does on others. To get rid of the worst vignetting or distortion, you can just zoom the camera in a bit. I'd get a 0.3x, and if you don't want extreme distortion in all pictures, just zoom through the worst. It's always nice to have something really wideangle for those shots where you don't have lots of space, and importantly, time to find a better angle with room to move..
