get a bolt remover. it's like a tap, but cone shaped. drill a hole in the bolt, screw the remover in (left hand thread) and the bolt will come out, as the remover taps the hole, and the further you screw the remover down, the tighter it will fit to the bolt, removing it. easy peasy.

haha.. yeah i saw you 540 before, right?

he did? when? didnt know that. also andrew, im not offended. editing the song was stupid but i had no footage. pointers on how to improve the editing would be good if you can be bothered. please pick holes, i like to improve my stuff.

i came over to ride, not to film. it was edited quickly, because i cant be arsed to sit and mess about with effects and transitions. also, i "rushed" it so it would be released close to the days it happened, while my memory was fresh of what i filmed and so i would not have to do it when im back in college again. who has used the song before? i have not seen another video with it in. i never bigged the video up anywhere? i made one thread, this one. i bigged the trip up, because it was a big deal for me. i am only just 17, and travelling abroad alone to ride my bicycle is not something i have ever done before.

what happened there? i only heard a bang, saw you on the floor and everybody laughing...

riding was awsome. bristol had about as much riding as ive ever seen, and i only saw a little of what was offered according to the people on the ride! the trip was AWSOME, and i spent way less cash than i thought i would, meaning that im coming over sooner than expected. might try and do one more trip this year or beginning of next before next summer. if anyone wanna msn or something its kattenjanson@gmail.com. very nice meeting you all, see you soooooon!!! xxxxx

his bike said Inspired on the downtube, so probably. Nick Manning was riding a black mamba or whatever they're called, black zoo copy anyway, with V!Z stickers.
-
i have had 44" straight to back wheel with tap, and less run up than i needed on the bunnyhops.
-
probably not? his Inspired 24" looked good on the day though. matt seemed to like it loads.
-
bunnyhopping is FUN FUN FUN. got 6 blue pallets (dunno how high it is) in oxford to back wheel. its all about hooooning, isnt that right mr staples? :) i ride a 1085 coust with 90mm stem btw. pop the back wheel up before pulling front end, makes it a million times easier.

You don't ride much natural or competitions, do you? Being able to trackstand is VERY important when riding natural and comps. Bouncing the front wheel about is ok, but drains energy and is not very good to do if the ground is muddy/wet/slippy or you're standing on something narrow. Conserving energy in comps is very useful, and being able to trackstand is a good way of doing it. Also, if you're good at it, you can release one or both brakes, giving your braking fingers a bit of rest mid-section. Trackstanding is also a good balance training excercise. Try doing it one-handed, with eyes closed, looking backwards, etc. Being able to check the ground under the wheels without dabbing/putting pedal down might come in handy in a comp situation. Trackstanding with the wrong foot forwards is also good to know but not really needed until you start riding bigger stuff that requires getting loads of speed in small spaces, etc.

just put a 0 before the first one's name, 1 after second, 2 after third etc. or 1,2,3. they're sorted after names.
