I personally believe in 5 3/8" hub spacing. My lbs had a freewheel with helical splines on. Actually, they still do. It was some french thing, which used splines and a lockring. Piss-easy to take off apparently, but the freewheel quality was shoddy...

You can use Premiere to capture audio, or other software. Just get a cord with two male 3.5mm stereo plugs, and run between the speaker/headphone and line in/mic holes in your computer.. Easy. As above works too. But it'll be wma. And all in the computer, ie no need for a cord.. Easier, but I'm sure audio quality will suffer.

My mate has done it, he does it quite often.
