the shawshank redemption is a classic. last night i saw a fairly new film called 'running with scissors'. it was very good.

try using the apple garageband software on the mac if it is a newer one. it's really easy to use and works perfectly well.

as long as there are no motherf**king snakes in the motherf**king plane food it's alright.

any kind of foot problem at all really.. they have no damping, completely flat sole and very thin construction.. but i like mine. superstars were fine when i rode in them.. i dont do it often though, as i have trials shoes for trials.

hebo gloves are very very nice.

converse chucks are good for riding if you like a thin sole.. a bit cold for real winters, but works fine in the +5 degree pansy winters you have. maybe a bit too scene for you, what do i know. also, adidas stan smiths/superstars are nice for both riding and not.... everyone has them though.

hairspray loosens off once water gets in the grip though. i used some isopropyl alcohol when i used non-lockon grips, bit of an effort but no slippage.

deng parts are made for happy and fun. if you ride without the happy and fun, you broke it.

around 120-ish centimetres if it's standard euro pallets.. brit pallets are taller.

nice to see that deng thinks his bottom bracket will be as good (at least as pricy) as the top SKF model.. deng probably buys shite generic chinese bearings, while SKF actually make good ones. if he sold everything at half the price of what he does now, he would get away with products of questionable quality. but now that he prices his products as high as premium ones, i do hope he has made them properly, from proper materials to proper tolerances and after proper testing and dimensioning.

windows audio recorder? should be in start>programs>accessories>entertainment or something. or windows movie maker and using the 'narrator' function. it is how i did it when i recorded some music. or use premiere or cubase or other stuff. most efficent is probably windows movie maker.

oh i see. try going start->run->sndvol32.exe should bring up the sound options, should show any settings for a microphone in or a line in on the computer. may be muted or something?

word. very nice video joe. though there was one big let-down: the tights! i bet you love the feel of tight lycra, very comp-y. good riding and stuff. i wanna ride natty again, haven't done it in aaages now!

yes. you just need to get a cable to conenct the headphone out to your microphone in on the computer. just get a lead with 3.5mm stereo plugs in both ends and a 6.3->3.5 adapter (big to small) to fit in the amp.

there was not a day in december when it was colder than like 5 degrees though, our winter broked.

ea70 are nice bars.. i used them on my ilions a lot, and used them on my coustellier for a fair while too.. they're too narrow for my taste though, at least for trials.
