the one piece crown and steerer was the thing that got me sold. i had smart guys before these. lasted about 2 years or something, before i found a tiny crack where the leg meets the crown. bonded steerers are shite. the deng way of pressing and welding is a bodge. one-piece is the way to go.

I got some curvy viz ones a month or something ago. First impressions are good.

uni is fun. especially if you like to drink alcohol. i think it's a combination of uni and the swedish alcohol culture; generally speaking, swedes don't drink socially like the rest of the world, instead we drink to get completely off our faces, several times a week. that's why you have to buy your alcohol at shops run by the government. on a more serious note, uni is a great laugh. i love it.

swedish cider (like kopparberg and rekorderlig) is kind to me. spirits are ok, absinthe is very kind but beer breaks my body. i never get headaches but i feel terrible the day after the night before...

You mix the apple sourz with vodka and some lemon juice. This gives you an appletini, the only dignified way to drink apple sourz. (4cl vodka, 2cl apple sourz, 1cl lemon juice). everyone knows that.

A custom is boring. i'd get something nice like the 14" K light hats. VERY nice hats, crisp and quite mellow. Get some nice K Custom dark crashes too, they're wonderful. a 21" A sweet ride is a classic, can't go wrong with it, quite neutral ride with plenty of wash (if that's your thing) and great bell. I have heard great things about the 21" A armand ride too, apparently quite similar to the sweet ride but nicer... I'm personally going for a set of 13" K regular hats and a 21" sweet or armand ride. To see if it is definitely a coust, ask where the serial number is. It should be on the bottom of the BB shell, on the non-drive side. Stupid place to put a serial number on but hey...

i use monthly ones, but i am cheap and use them for around 2 months, or however long the bottle of lense cleaning fluid thing lasts. the only difference i feel between a fresh pair and a 2 month old pair is that the fresh ones are softer and more comfortable after a full day's use. i never have any troubles with mine falling out or anything, and i don't miss glasses one bit, especially for riding. also slept in mine a few times, works fine. the first few weeks are a bit weird getting used to have plastic on your eyes, but it's really convenient because you learn to deal with getting muck in your eyes, and also i feel there is less risk of runny eyes when chopping onions!

You can, but it'll sound pretty shite to be honest. Just get a male 1/8" stereo tele jack to 1/4" mono male tele cable, and use the speaker/headphone socket in the computer and the guitar input on the amp. Clean setting preferrably, and something neutral like the boutique amp models if you're on a vox ad15/30/50...
