  1. The ACS freewheel you're on about is called Claws.. As ACS make southpaw, fat and Claws freewheels (Y) Done pissing on your fire.
  2. Ice hockey, fruitboots, squash, kayaking, XC, trials, bmx. I still play squash occasionally, ride bmx and trials mostly.
  3. You have to get the Coust pads from france, or via mr. fat mike.

men förhelvete.. to the thread: die already!
  5. I have the same problem with my Coustellier and DX32 rim, but not as serious; I can only use pads thicker than 4 mm.. You could do the pad bodge I guess.. I'm probably going to buy some thicker aluminium backings, to stiffen the brake up a bit, aswell as making adjustments easier.
  6. XTR are the shizzle if you get/make a good bashguard for them.

Plazmatic CRM works fine on smooth rims. Just keep 'em clean.

    Photo Paper

Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy is where it's at... http://www.savastore.com/productinfo/produ...32&pid=45&tid=2 £4 for 20 of 'em. Example shown is from the A4 version. LOVELY gloss and quality...
  11. Indeed, it's a great film. Red bull... 8/10 for taste, 10/10 mixed to an RBV.. 9/10 total, I'd like one now.
  12. Because street often only has one or two ways of attacking the obstacle, while at natural, there's a million ways, and as I understand, Ben finds the good lines, making really difficult stuff (for normal people) really easy, just 'cos he finds a good line. Street is more of the 'throw yourself off a house to a rail 15ft away' and less of the 'cramped runup to muddy rock' variety... Natural > Street. Nice video.
  13. It's BA Baracus, fool! 9/10. Berrrling!

    My First Movie

Tip for the future: Try and hold the camera as steadily as possible, using both hands to firmly hold it still. Resting an elbow, or both, or the camera on something steady (stack of pallets) greatly reduces shakiness, which makes the video look less shaky and of better quality (more than one frame looks similar = better quality). How long have you been riding?
  15. You could wax them, but you might aswelll cover them with paint or clearcoat. If you don't, you'll get a lovely brown finish on them after a while.
  16. At least you don't have a foot of snow and -10 degrees....
  17. Mine hold about 4 months until I got new cranks and BB. Works fine, just make sure it's TIGHT, otherwise it'll work loose in no time at all (<2 hours).
  18. No, but now it is. Q: Who won the Masters in 2005? (Snooker)
  19. Yes, but unless you're lying flat on your back, it's hard to get good lighting on your face while holding the cell in the hand in front of you!
  20. Thing is, 99% of the phones with cameras out there have the crappest optics ever. The lense is the size of a pea, with fixed focus. You won't see anything decent through it unless you point it at the sun basically.. Video calls suck. I prefer the classic voice calling..
  21. Songs not working, says that the server is alcoholized or something.
  22. Yeah, 'cos if you answer anything (incl. phone, mum talking etc) you'll automatically quote..
