bmx brakes are supposed to be shite :P It's all about not depending on a sharp brake. Granted, stuff like fufanus and abubacas require good braking, but most riding can be done brakeless.. It's much more challenging aswell! :P

It's not what you ride, but how you ride it. Agreed though, MTB in parks looks STUPID. I like my bmx. I can grind and stuff.

Also.. BMX works wonders for improving at trials. And you learn to appreciate the trials brake more, seeing as you SHOULD have a poor brake on the bmx.. It's just the way it is. (Y)

BMX rules. I ride a 300 quid haro F4, and it's a lot of fun. Just hacking about in the skatepark when I cannae be arsed to ride trials. Been riding bmx over the winter loads, it's the only way to actually ride a bike when it's 15 degrees below zero and three feet of snow. Get one.. Now.

ISIS rules. No creaking, flexing and wobbling. I've heard loads of bad stuff about the ISIS interface on the Middleburn cranks. I'm running Tensiles and FSA Plat. Pro BB, no problems. Non-driveside crank came loose for a bit, but now it's firmy stuck there. Works brilliantly! Can't you get Tensiles in 165 mm nowadays? (Yes, you can, here.) I'd get Tensiles over Middies to be honest.

I rounded my bolt aswell. First bolt i've rounded EVER, and it's deep as a very deep thing. Stupid DMR. I just drilled and threaded a steel M6 allen bolt into it. Looks crap, but then again, the 'seekers are crap.

But that's not chromed, that's polished. And if the frame's scratched and stuff, it's REALLY hard to get the good look on the polishing. Chroming of aluminium is possible, and like copper plating, it weights a bit. Tis cool though. :o

I'm with Endohopper on this 'un. I can get MBUK no problem (albeit £6 a piece :P) but they don't include the free gifts for some reason... Probably the extra shipping price or something.

the cage ones on top of the page are crap. the ends of the cages snap off where the screws go through, so little material holding it to the rest of the cage. I had bad experience with the club roost 1d aswell.. the cages' teeth bent in and bye bye grip.. VP doublecage (modded to single cage) or a platform.....

The only problem with Sony cameras is that they tend to gain up digitally as soon as it gets a little dark, totally messing the picture quality up. I've got a Sony DCR TRV25E camera, produces good quality DV footage.. MiniDV is the way to go.. Unless you wanna shell out £1200+ and go DVCAM.

If they want to be sure where the Earth would head if it did move, they'd have to make sure no people on some continents jumped, or it'd screw the force spreading up.. I don't believe in it, but it's a funny idea.

Also depends on how the hole is threaded.. The hole might have been drilled too big, so that the threads aren't very deep.

There are no pedals on a skateboard, nor anything to rest the arms on.
