Really nice, top spec 18ks worth, mums mates 2.0 nissan pulsar GTI-r, 300bhp, 245ftlb torque, QUICK, very heavy clutch and rattly but major smile factor 1.8 mk2 mx5, felt more comfortable than mine but didnt have the same charm as mk1, very well put togethe 1.4 1993 mini cooper, nippy 1.6 06 Focus, nice, smooth, snickety gear box which I liked

Whats your idea of expensive? And what has actually broke, is it part of the exhaust, manifold or the brackets etc which hold the exhaust on? Cos a full exhaust must be around the £120 mark and as people have said, fitting it ISNT that hard, no matter where the manifold/mid secton join is. And its 2/3 bolts at most so it might be arkward for half an hour if that.???

The point that he was trying to put across was that pretty much any seperates system will sound better than PC speakers, an hes right. That doesnt neccesarily mean that its a good sounding set of seperates.

to be honest MOT means feck all in the second hand car world. Getting someone to put a car through a MOT is merely a case of knowing them personally or a couple of quid on the side. Ive bought cars before when the MOT has BLATENTLY been blagged as things went wrong the day after I got it. So dont take MOT for gospel. Ali, if your 106 is such a rust bucket, do you think andother french piece of cheese is what you need? Sure, fords of this price range might have some rust etc, but french cars of this price range will be falling to bits lol. The electrics, which from what ive seen are the hardest problems to diagnose in any car ar awful aswell. If I were you id go for a old fiesta, escort or even older golf/polo. You not wanting to go fast, your not wanting to chav it up or anything, you want to go A to B as best you can, and I dont think french cars of your price bracket can do that for you.

Yeah ive come to the conclusion that its much easier to not eat (for eg) 500 calories than it is to burn it off at the gym. The whole doing sports thing like boxing isnt really for me as one, Im not into boxing lol and two I dont have the time with work etc. Im getting some good ideas from here though boys, keep them coming

Is the multivitamin just a general one? And the other stuff, where you get it from? I wont be eating egg whites lol. Ive been told porridge is fine in the mornings, and I barely have time to make that, so it will have to do. I do make it with milk though......? to be honest my lunch isnt too bad, I could do with cutting out butter and mayo etc though. I simply dont have the time to make a chicken breast for lunch, or the means. So i have to do the best I can with whats availiable to me. Basically, I dont really eant anyone to change my diet too much, just modify it. Ie, not, DONT EAT BREAD, more like EAT THIS KIND OF BREAD (just using bread for a example)

Well Ive been doing around a 9 minute mile, which is just ove 6mph. Dunno if that means anything to you? How does that barbell thing loose weight?! I thought the idea I was aiming for was to get rid of as much fat as I can covering my abs, then I can go from there to build them?

I dont need to loose serious weight, im 5ft 11 and 13st but above average in the muscle regions so im not massively overweight or anything. Im goosed after running a mile!

Right ive joined a gym and I want to loose some weight. Mainly stomach. I understand cardio (running, swimming) is best for loosing weight, and im also doing some weights etc for upper body. My normal day will consist of usually: 6am Breaky of porridge 8am Piece of fruit (apple banana etc) or nutri grain bar 10am Piece of fruit and a single sandwich, usually either chicken or beef etc, usually granary bread 12pm Rest of sandwiches ^^^, more fruit, 2pm Piece of fruit 5pm Tea, chicken and noodles or jacket potato etc I drink a fair bit of tea with no sugar I dont want a complex diet as I wont stick to it, need to be simple and easy. What tips etc can people give me. Thanks

Not being funny mate, but a 300/310bhp pulsar does NOT give you 0-60 in 3.9 secs. If it had different ratios and was set up as a purely 0-60 run car, then maybe. For every other 300bhp pulsar in the world, your talking just shy of 5 sec assuming the gear box doesnt blow as you slam it into second Oh and the guy with the porches, right on mate. the black 911 is one of the sexiest shapes of cars EVER
