i wouldent use caustic soda if i were you, i tried to strip some paint off my onza vp pedals and it just ate the aluminium and left the paint on there , the cages are about 1mm thick now . just stick with paint stripper, prehaps try different brands B&Q paint stripper seemd to work better than nitromorse for me (its thicker so stays on better)

xtp's are fine if you dont rape them, mine lasted over a year where as my x-lite and echo team only lasted 12mothes, as for the squished downtube i think its more a defect in the tube than it putely being bashed around on street.

hes not taking orders atm hes making a new JIG (dont take my word for it though, give hin a pm if you want more info), id get the echo lite, its soo good its way better than i thourght i would highly recomend it

theres one problem with the short toxsin (or so i have been told) when they made the long version the put a 71 degree head angle on it they then wanted to make a shorter version similar to the monty 221 but they kept the same headangle of 71 where as the monty has a head angle of 74ish so even though the monty is the same wheel base it feels longer as the bars are further away from the bb, iv had a go on the short toxsin and in my opinion it was awful really short and the front end didn't want to stay up it took alot of effort to ride

they sould be out somtime next month (a very reliable source told me )

and those dropouts look well nice, bet its too long though

i think "BACTRIAN" could b quite good, it looks short and stockey like benito. although the wild bactrain looks like it would be good aswell that long neck could lever the back end up

if there anything like creepy crawlers i dont recon they would be able to hook very high (its hard to hook with a puncture ) but if they have a better tyre choice i recon they could hook around 4'6" and 1/8th but i dont think the frame would last very long due to the oober thin belly tube (as it is a competition animal (xtp stylee))

i like that mod looks like a right beast, ther headtube area looks abit fussy but other than that its mint pics ?

try an easier gear joe, its cheaper than a pair of cranks. i ran 18:13 when i was your age and cog costs £20 at the most

the silver ones were shite, the new ones at tartybikes are like the origonal ones (blue/red) i think with more vents so they are flexyer than the sliver ones, iv orderd a pair they should be here on monday go for them thay are the best riding shoes ever

whats the diference between junior and senior for the trials, what are they like compared to brit round expert/masters ect?

yea i just got those cranks yesturday i dont like them being black i might strip them at the weekend, my tensile were 2 years old and the spline had warn so they were loos all the time, the xtp snapped on the dropouts on both sides, and burnsy it has seen plenty of water since fort bill, had a good fall into a river last week lol cheers sam

ditto, i was really shocked how well the worked loving the bike it looks purfect (some bit could do with being silver though , stem,brakes)

my echo lite, iv had it about a month and i love it, its way better than my xtp i seem to of progressed on it loads SPEC: echo lite frame try all cranks monty bar and stem hope mono trial front brake (stripped silver) maggy back brake with iolo pads (better than my coust) try all rims rear king bmx hub front american classic hub hogneasium pedals thanking you sam

just get plain hubs eg: black,silver then you can swap and change your rim color without your hubls looking wank, i say go for black hubs silver rims and silver spokes, it will stand out as most people have wak fluro rims

looks mint isnt the wheelbase on them 1000 or somthing like that lol old skool to the max, even the color looks kinda old , that downtube looks bombproof

you wouldn't want holes in your disc if your using polyurathane they would rip them to shreds and as for using epoxy resin it dosent grip to polyurathane you can just peel it off with your fingers so using it on a disc pad is a stupid idea, super glue (cyano acrilate) is the best for it. your brake looks mint mate i was going to try and do the same, maybe try koxx brown or something lol or a realy hard polyurathane

ok :$ i think its so people have the choice to use a disc as hope make discs they want all ther new hubs to be compatabe with there brakes i , if that makes any sence you could always chop the disc mounts off if you dont want them like akkers has done
