    Arm Pump!

ali c used to get it really bad, like 20 seconds into every section in both arms so he could barely pull the brakes, he looked into getting surgery to sort it out( something to do with removing tissue around tendons) but hes managed to sort the problem with a V brake i normal get it about once a year, and i just bend my hand back or open and close it really quickly
  7. looking good mat (not as good as mine though ) what are those iolo yellows like?
  8. yer i wouldn't go near them joe, cos the engagements work by a ball bearing being jammed against the inside of the hubshell they tend to explode from the pressure EDIT: and awnsering your question, yes they are a free hub, they have either 32 or 36 engagements
  9. ZHI Z2 found on OTN, 1075wb, +35bb, 380cs, 72degre 2kg... link to otn thred:OTN
  10. woo sounds like its going to be good, will are you going to stay in yorkshireland for a bit on the way back down to welsh
  11. im up for this, il probably get iolo ali c and chris to come. are you riding morcambe or heysham cos iv heard that heysham is pretty good.
  12. xtp are immense, i had mine for well over a year before it cracked and i improved loads on it, if your a real heavy rider then it isn't the frame for you but if your fairly smooth and uci then there a good frame. BUT there not worth the £550 asking price, if i were you and you wanted somthig similar then get the echo lite, the steeper head angle and higher bb make it more flickable and bouncy, and for £220 you cant go wrong.
  13. only in the nationals, and if your in any category other than masters/elite? as its classed as a prototype if your in those classes so is allowd

i like the look of that adamant mod frame, geo sounds ok aswell. has no one spotted this yet? new python..............
  15. yer my king is abit too much "high maintance" formy liking id prefer somthing abit simpler maybee
  16. from what iv heard the new deng hubs are almost identical to the profiles (apparently even the cassette body can be swapped over ) but the deng hubs have japanese bearings so should theoretical be better. i had a fondle of the hubs at tartybikes the other day and the quality is very impressive, much better than any other of his older products i'm very tempted to get rid of my king to get one
  17. cool pics, i really like the tire squidge in the forth pic
  18. i might come, depends if iolo is working or not. hopefully not
  19. looking good adam didnt think you could resist for long , looking perfect like all your bikes just need to get some beasty scratches on it :$ . see you for a ride soon, i realy want to have a go on it
  20. well it wont eat the whole forks but it certanly wont do the forks any good, any tiny defects in the welds will be made bigger and more prone to them cracking
  21. good pics, loving the ones of the lancia and the megane. there was a lancia delta s4 for sale on autotrader a while back for £100 000 (the s4 was the road version of the rally car as all group b rally cars had to have at least 200 cars exactly the same as the rally cars for on road) i wouldent mind a 037 either or a rs2000 or a t16 lol EDIT: some pics of the megane trophy
  22. i can garuntee there will also be no forks left in the bucket , after the caustic soda has eaten the plastic it will eat the alu forks
  23. oh my will, that is sexy. you need to get your arse up here and ride some yorkshire rock i realy want one of those frames the geo seems spot on :@ stupid mod
