  4. i called trialmarkt.de today and he told me about a new Echo SL fork, avaible in about 4 weeks, thicker steerer, less holes, but still VERY light... it's allready shown in his shop. http://www.trialmarkt.de/product_info.php/info/p541_Gabel-Echo-SL-20--disk-only---schwarz.html
  5. now dont get me wrong... buy them every single trials dvd i've seen is worth the money
  6. if someones interested... turned out absolutely awesome!!! just followed the two mounting-advices from the manual: - perfect pad alignment - (i call it) no contact time differences of the pads
  7. I'm using the newest firefox little demo before clicking on the image: after: why can't it just oben in a new tab when i click on it, whats the advantage of this splash-feature? or at least, as seen on tartybikes, when i click it with the mouse wheel it should open in a new tab. It's not usual that there is only one picture per "Bike Pictures"-Thread. Which means you have to click/open all pics seperately to get a fullsize view and then scroll to the close/X and close it to be able to open the next one. normally you can go click, click, click with your mouse wheel on one pic after another and it opens each in a new tab (which, again, can be closed by clicking on them with the mouse wheel). wow... this getting way too internet-trolly been waiting for my rear mono trial for over 2months now, i just want to ride again, i dont usually care about that stuff, but the less you ride, the more time you spend admiring everybodies bikes and everybody riding
  8. dear "those who have something to say" seriously... how this board handles (especially big) pictures is a pain in the ass... take for instance that "marmite..."-thread over at Bike Pictures. Looks like a neat HiFi, could be interesting, right? - let's click on it and BOOM 300mio pixels stretching themselves over my 24" fullHD screen (which i assume is as big as it gets for most peoples on here). lets try right click "open in new tab" BOOM, same thing. Maybe pressing the mouse wheel for an instant new tab BOOM!... this sucks! i may be drunk atm but please change that! I see how some (i guess mostly younger) members are too lazy or dont know how to change the size of their pics before uploading. True, its nice to have some pre-scaling going on in threads, but isn't it somehow possible to set those function in a way that by clicking on images it opens a new tab where only the image is shown, like on a gazillion other websites? thx for your time, good night
  9. http://www.speedrace.net NEVER BACK DONW!!!
  10. well, why would that be ? a trials shop in my area had ~5 complete sky bikes (different colours) delivered which were "pre-cracked" were headset is fitted
  11. oh my god! i see 05' (?) Zoo! cranks on the inspired!!! still the nicest cranks ever!
  12. looks good on my 15" notebook, looks gash on my 24" display. still, you guys know what you are doing...
  13. i like the zoo! the most. cant believe Deng is serious about that tensioning "system" and they keep on hiding their disc brake pretty well
  14. i dont see a reason why this frame shlouldn't be as strong as the 2010 Control, which is surprisingly durable for it's wheight/price.
  15. what a master piece... i will never stop riding trials! this video should open anyones eyes to how great this sport is...
  16. That's what i was reffering to. Is there a noticeable loss of power if you for example change the chain or if you have a flat and when putting the wheel back in, you dont set up the snail cams in the exact same way as before?
  17. Is chain stretching an issue? especially considering the pad alignment? It's a well known fact that pad alignment is the key in the HS33 world... would you guys recommend the the Z510HX for that matter? allthough i usually have to retension my kool chains only about 3 times before i change them...
  18. that song fits sooo well... vid is in no way as "goosebumpy" as the april09
  19. dont care... what do you mean with julie clip? Magura Julie?
  20. Hey guys... As I'm writing this, I already know that it may sound like another anoying newbie-tech-poll-topic... well, in a way it is. I have no expierence with rear disc brakes in trials use. So... whats your opinion on the (most popular?) rear brake? The few, maybe 3, different rear Mono Trials i've tried were amazing! Interesting piece of trivia: I already ordered one and it will arrive soon, i guess... Please vote if: - you're an advanced rider (both street and natural) - you wheigh more than 75kg/165lbs - you ride/rode this exact setup on your Mod: Hope Mono Trials, standard 160mm rotor, standard pads (from what i know the 07' caliper hasn't changed in it's mechanics, has it? Piston diameter/ratio?) Please dont if: -you tried the brake once on a friends bike -you're just starting trials and you got a high end bike from your parents (damn you!! ) I guess there will be a couple of votes for the "good enough" option. Please tell me what your brake's performance lacks of. Feel free to write your thought / tricks / advices! And help me neglecting my learning for tomorrows exam Thanks, guys
