  1. i am running 15 - 13 at the mo seems alright
  2. the proper way to work it out so you can tell the differene between 26" gear ratio and 20" wheels is simple. the size of the wheel x the number of teeth on the front cog divided by the number on the back
  3. get a gold tech rear hub so u can lock it out and if u ever break the free wheel, i am sure u can unlock and use it as a a normal hub :-
  4. i always got brake fade doing front wheel gaps with my avid and thats why i got rid of mine and went back to magura disc and its been best thing i have brought still works perfect 4 months later no fade.
  5. just watch the new vincent hermance vids that guy has a very good gapping technique as he tends not to lift up to much, just powers it arcoss

  8. I would say that yellow koxx pads may be slightly better but not much but they wear down a lot faster so not really worth £18. Tarty pads just contact dave or adam at tarty bikes see what they can do. chris
  9. The top pads i have used so far are coust pads, yellow koxx and tarty pads these are the best pads i have used but tarty and coust pads last the longest. The next pads i want to try are the new heatsinks as they seem to work very well and have good wear rate.

  18. I had a ride on it for quite a bit over the weekend i must say i would rather keep my t -rex. As i found it really hard to gap and other things like pedal hopping onto things. It was really good for taps but no better than my t - rex, the only thing i found it easier for was on backwheel. chris
