Have you not got the save file before the render and compression im guessing ?

Doesn't matter what you ride for as long as your riding and you're happy , keep it up Craig

I was using the HD camera at Bristol , Plymouth and Glastonbury and it frigging rocks its got soooo many features and is just off the scale, internet there is no need but if your like me and do client based work there is a need. The only trouble with upgrading to HD is that factor of having to update all your editing sweet to compensate for hd!!! Best off sticking with high quality dv until web speeds get faster I reckon, no need for Hi Def as you're only going to loss some of the quality when compressing e.t.c although my h264 codec is working wonders at bringing file sizes down so for 2-3 min videos I reckon you might get away with it. Just ask yourself .. WHY DO I NEED A CARD? Emergencies are just a case of having money in the bank or some savings account. Expensive items you will probably need to rethink about purchasing them and the consequences of when it goes wrong are lifelong problems, bad credit history can stick. I hope you make what you feel is the right decision. Craig

I thinks it's a shame that people have to resort to downloading but it's become the trend lately as it's just so easy. I do wish people wouldn't but I am a minority. Mac users most of the time have to pay for their software and I suppose it's greed that has led pc users wanting better than microsoft give us. I just hope any of you who do download don't get caught as its kinda career destroying having piracy on your criminal record! Craig

I would read up on your traceability, Companies will bother if a lot of people start downloading it, You are not safe. It is just like winning the lottery as such only a bad one. These download sites will have your ip's stored and registered as soon as your download off of them and that is a ticket to a knock on the door e.t.c The best bet is to either buy it or use trialware, these companies will not waste time in taking you to court over a £700 piece of software as its worth them doing it due to the amount of other stuff they can probably do you for, I know people will oppose what I say but you wouldnt steal a car e.t.c as you would get caught just because the chances are slimmer doesn't mean you will not get caught. If you are going to do it just dont be foolish or selfish. Remember they took an old lady to court for downloading one song, lets use our noodles people, as it only takes one person who doesn't agree with these posts to mention to someone and before you know it they will be investigating the forum and the users :ermm: Cheers Craig

Best Video Making/editing Software
CBProductions replied to wilky_mod_legend2's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
I didnt say adobe premeir, and also I wouldnt want to encourage piracy so they clamp down as it will mess up the industry I am in by putting people out of jobs because small companies cannot afford to compete with people who do it. Im not arguing I think its best not to encourage especially as this forum is open to all and your ip's are logged e.t.c They deserve every penny they get , they work hard to put those programs together and that was clever to post the websites so all can see! Top marks . *moderators do your job encouraging piracy shouldn't be allowed!* Craig -
Best Video Making/editing Software
CBProductions replied to wilky_mod_legend2's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Nope Im not rich and would appreciate you not commenting on me as you don't no me or my situation . Funnily enough all this money people spend on parts on their bike and getting fancy cameras, im sure they can afford maybe just to get one piece of software for say £50. Why give someone whos never edited before a complex editor and telling them to get used to it they will never learn the basics and therefore make poor videos. Thats like me telling you to go mix a band and that you'll get used to it, ok you'll no what the channel volume does but you wont be able to identify frequencies. If you've never edited before keep it simple, learn the basics and understand why things do what they do then progress much like riding. Piracy is illegal and the more you encourage it the more people will mess up with registering e.t.c and they will begin to notice and clamp down. It's not like adobe's trials have restrictions except the amount of days and then you can just download another copy. Craig -
Then thats an output from a graphics card not a tv card and playing with the settings to let it act like a real life editing checker. I use them for checking my work. If your thinking they will look better than a crt,tft or what ever you run then you are wrong. Hope if been of some help Craig

Not sure it is clear what you're trying to do , How do you mean the other way ?
-
Well I wouldnt mind any feedback on what people would say if the editing and video work was spot on but the riding a little poor ? Cheers Craig

When and where tommorow people ?

What happend to doing computers pinky ? Is there actually much countryside /mud left in cambridge with all the building they were doing last time I was t here.

Your lucky you didnt get one of those asbo things, bangor is usally quite bad for coppers, but its nice to see that police might actually be concerned about the important things like rape, murder e.t.c chavs Craig
-
They didnt reply to my normal msn account so I logged on to the business one and funnily enough they replied but my experience with them is not good. It's not hard to make that little bit of extra effort to keep people happy. Lets hope they improve Craig

Do both ?? I ride trials and used to race downhill and ride xc until work got busy, I like combining all the different forms of riding to help my all round ability. Just enjoy yourself and think back to the days of when you were trying to do your first jump.. It takes time, Craig
-
I own and ride a t-pro they are a bit of a pain at the start when things start breaking and things arent the right size but they are really comfortable to learn on. Im unsure about the snap happy issue. The change will just mean you will throw more effort into moving the bike so It could be an advantage Craig

I create my own audio for projects but using the trimming and fading option is a good way of doing it although people might not notice because of there level of attention to detail. Just be happy that you are creating a good movie. Heres a question Ive always wondered , If you're editing is good but youre riding a bit poor is it more than likely people will slate you ?
-
Its awful how shops mess you about I had a run in with bike dock recently , I hope you get it sorted. But be careful as I am sure theres a law about slating a shop publically that means you might be liable. Just thought I would let you know .

Yeah I agree with what you say, though there is a need for structured footage, although from time to time a nice long video is welcomed. Craig
