Yes to be fair mark that side of it you can't fault but the fact that this health and safety malarky they gave us today where only two bikes can be booked onto a train or placed on a train at any one time is really quite dyer. It's generally ok if youre on your own. I mean we were going 2 miles to the next stop and would have been the first off but they had to be awkward and say theres only two allowed. I returned by saying well what about wheel chairs and prams , surely to god they create an obstruction as well but nooo thats a different league all together. Also how are they going to tell an unbooked bike that they have to get off because a booked bike wants to get on when they got on before them. I'm just sick and tired of being frowned upon for having a bike on the train. But I guess according to mr train man we are ment to ride our bikes hhmmmm look at the seat or lack of it you ****.

Im just seeing how many people would back up a move to try and get a bit more respect / equal rights for cyclists using trains and better facilities for them. I also use arriva but its the local trains that are the trouble. Virgin are fine in that respect.

Hey all , After one hell of a day of hassle with trains and messing about I decided I want something done about the way we are frowned upon and given so much stick for wanting to travel on them with out bikes and was wondering if we could start a partition to get cyclists a dedicated space on trains for more than just TWO and more respect for us. I would like to know how many of you would sign it. Also I welcome alternative views on this matter except 'go get a car', as not everyone has a car or can afford them.

Health and safety the guy said prevented us from doing that.

Yes but some of us have other priorities like rent e.t.c , as the topic said at the top its if you will support this not talk about cars. Come on people theres got to be others.

Just went out two days ago and bought a grinder from argos with no adjustable speed and a metal cutting disc , and ground my rim and it is immense its got to be your techniqe, ill have to show you how one day dude

Yes and again thats another problem , if virgin can do a bike carrage then why can't other trains it's not like its going to cost them loads and think of the hassle it would save and also it might increase ticket sales.

Yeah It might dwindle but you shouldn't have to threaten people to get your way that is called bullying. The government is trying to get people to cut down on car usage by telling people to use public transport so why then stop people from travelling by train and taking there bike to get to work from the station .

Well that was a hell of a ride just got in now , A BIG thanks to everyone for coming we had around 10 riders I think or 8. Had a lot of hastle with the train thing but never mind WILL ARNOLD is a big barstool damn he was riding well today, got around 30 mins of footage which I will send to the relevent people. If the others could write a review on today it would be much appreciated. Craig

I will be awaiting everyones arrival at the trainstation in the morning hopefully I'll get there before you lol as Im bad at mornings, There will be a few changes of location but all within riding distance as rhyl has half been demolished , hopefully camera will have a new battery tommorow and I will have recovered from crashes today. I made a dvd of a dance show people had already seen that evening and it was popular if people pre though about it and didn't go releasing the footage and selected certain editors i.e trialmedia to help im sure people would. Isn't there something like Glasseye ? But im sure some smartarse will come up with a comment that makes the idea apparntly no doable.

I had a quick play and it feels nice not to sure I would get along with it but im going to steal a go tommorow, Glad youre getting on with it WILL keep up the good riding.

I received one with great delight when opening my box of bits , and would like to thank all at tarty bikes thats got to be the most pleasent thing to come with an order other than the stickers. Its a nice long sleeved tshirt and goes right up close on the neck as well , very chuffed with mine. Craig

Yeah same here , I was wondering if it effects the amount of power you can put out for pedal ups e.t.c ?

Possible not sure yet as the woman is moaning already that im working sunday. The weather is set to get proper f**ked up this week so we shall see closer to the time. craig

For what he was riding I thought it was good , hes consistant and smooth. The editing could have done with a few neater touches in places like the lens flare to cue person, but I liked their style very laid back and neat editing. Craig

A bit of both for me , watching people and thinking about new ways of doing stuff and sometimes it just clicks in my head. I try to relax though as anger only makes me worse. But it's all personal preferance. A lot I think is mental power, thinking you can do something is a big help with most things, but can be a dreadful downfall. Craig
