As much action as possible , as little setup time , good linking of camera shots , good angles , not over emphasising (is it sp) gaps e.t.c. Remember your framing the shot and all of the rider should be in , imagine a grid or squares on your viewfinder and remeber if they are going to do a move they will move quick to say for instance there doing a gap up from right to left. Keep them in the bottom right section of squares as much as possibly to avoid camera jerk. I use adobe premier , but I would suggest you using a more basic one not because your stupid but because you will learn why certain things are the way they are and how to use the camera to make a good video rather than the editing suite.
