I have found that the avid cable brakes don't seem to like water much , compared to the hope so I would say read the manufacturer's guide and stick to that if you unsure. Generally it's a bike hill and hopefully you're brake has been setup properly before hand as well

Pasta and food with lots of carbs , try not to over do it on energy drinks because unless you have a constant supple they run you down.

£700 my mates gt dhi , the one steve peat used to ride before orange , and I used to race downhill and big hits are awful , these days you can spend under a grand and get a decent spec. Talk to us on msn I will be able to help you out. I can barely stand up and I came 5th in fort william nps.

Maybe if it previously had wax on it there would be a point I guess , I dont ride enough rails just yet to justify tar.... I guess its like trying to do it to a rock as well but I may be wrong ?

Editing was shocking , riding was really cool , for some reason im loving natural videos at the moment so hard to capture the difficulty though. You need to frame your shots properly , use less of a punchy song as youre riding was more chilled and gradual and if you do feel the need for a fast song get rid of the setup moves as there was a lot of time wasted in there. Also credits at the end could have been done more efficently to save download time e.t.c All in all a nice video and nice to see one in the rain and with plenty of natural

He mentioned the angles to justify the gap to people so they understand that its big for him and can see the effort he is putting in, so think before you post Professionals would comment on that and other things such as exposure. Nice picture I do think maybe a different angle on it, seems fairly large and get a helmet Other than that lets see a few more

Try using the search first please , other than trials I ride xc , dh , dirt and road when I can fit it in and when I have a bike.

In my opinion I would save for a new frame. I had a da bomb and changing to a tpro made the world of difference for my riding.

I would say ride it first , bed everything in and see how you get on with the bike first , bit pointless wasting money on new parts when the ones on there are fine.

Hmmm I thought it was aphex twin, if im not mistaken...... didnt really go well with the riding as I had visions of chris cunningham's video in it although. Nice attempt just in my opinion didnt really work well especially the lack of riding spots.
