I'm fairly open minded about them , I disagree with like the above mentioned the people under the pier e.t.c , but in an industry like mine its often accepted to have a joint while working and on 72 hour shifts to endulge in the white powder , for instance take glastonbury the amount that was there was silly and I witnessed most of it first hand. Don't get it from argos they overcharge by miles , if you just want a camera to stick on a tripod and that has great image quality go for the sony models as they dont have many prosumer features but have lots of image quality and are easy to use. It's also best if you get a bigger battery and a few dv tapes with it and a mic an windshield if money permits , for my bike videos im running a sony dcr - pc5e which is like 3/4 years old but does the job.

I can't comment on the photography side of things but I know in video it's your work and not your qualification that seems to get you the clients. Also the same with sound e.t.c but it is a reputation based industry. If you are seen to be pulling the bunny out of the hats then people will want you, if not then people will not want you regardless of qualifications or not.

I said I dislike violence in real life . you need to differniate between reality and films , the art of creating violence in films is a skill but I still think that to an extent it glorifies violence. Bit like gaming does, I do gaming myself but also agree that it makes you violent and agressive , so please stop trying to pic holes in my opinion and view because I wouldnt have this view unless it was well thought out and justified.

Generally no there isn't, you can try an install over the existing windows whilst saving the file structure and then backup your coursework and reinstall a fresh again wiping all the drive.

The digital video magazines normally have free clips with them I have a load and will have a look for you shortly otherwise try looking for shareware sound clips.

If it was illegal and damaging to the industry , think about it , if everyone found somewhere that did cost price on everything , the industry would fall apart. No I wouldnt as prices are there for a reason. Just like they are with house's and land.

Untill the sound engineer punches you around the head , I agree to a certain extenet but the louder you do that into a mic the less level the engineer is going to put on that channel therefore making the vocalist think he need s to shout louder , in any case shouting does f**k you up and you'd be better of just going for proper singing

So how come the bike industry can , the car industry can , its only because people have offerend an alternative way of getting these films that people think its right to do it. No I seriously doubt sales have increase as why would people buy a dvd when they already have it
