Is it a legitamate copy of ulead ? There are a number of patches if im not mistaken for ulead 10 may be worth checking out their site. That codec pack has always been a funny one but it shouldnt cause that until you got to export if its going to be funny. What are you trying to do when it crashes ?

Have pm'd you will sort it out when you get back from work. I have put a dispute thing on ebay after supercycles not answering or replying via ebay. I am asking for half of what the final price was back which I consider to be fair as it has been used and marked and also my hassle of having to do this when the seller should have sold a properly described item.

Ok having ordered a new frame online from supercycles (zona zennith) to my wonderful delights today it had arrived , so I opened the box and inspected it and to my annoyance it has been used , and isnt really in a nice state. I am quite P.off about this as It was described and stated as new. I would like to here any other peoples opinions on this and also what they think should be done ? Ok having tried supercycles at least 7 times even from work now I havent been able to get through have also emailed via ebay. Its also common sense to abide by what you describe it as , frame arrived , grease on it , scratches and marks and clear signs of it not being new and being built up which was not stated. What are the forums opinions on this ? I will get pictures shortly .
