I engineer a local live music club up here and also help local bands and promoters to get stuff out there but the standard of music is dropping due to the increase in indie crap, there are by far a lot more talented bands going unnoticed due the indie and emo crap going about. However it is set to die out soon according to the media. I hear you concerns though as I must agree its sickening the lack of good music.
