so id need a full wheel build done to do it properly? :ermm:

i am looking at buying some gold spoke nipples to jazz up my wheels but i have heared that aluminium nipples round off easily? 1st of all is this true and 2nd of all if i just take my time will they be ok? also i wouldnt be getting new spokes or anything so would i be able to replace 1 nipple at a time and not make the wheel untrue? (as i dont want to have to pay for a wheel build just to get different nipples put on) please reply to this topic with and information or tips you have please.

i did have to put a few spacers in my rear hub space so it cleared the frame too!

cant afford a profile but anyway i have sorted the problem and nobody guessed it! it was the rear spindle bearing cups :"> they were too tight causing the wheel not to spin properly on the axle :"> anyway thanks for all the tips while i had this problem guys, even though none of your ideas were right thanks for trying and using your time to try and help me! i bought it from superyles and i dont like 2nd hand freewheels (sorry) does anyone know what is the matter or an easy way to fix it or not? >_<

right, chain isnt too tight, and its a rear freewheel. im super stuk, and it kills me when were riding far to wherever where going! >_<

i bought a acs freewheel about a week ago as my dita was ream crackered. i fitted it and put everything back together and spun the wheel and it stopped after 1/4 of a turn. so i checked that the brakes werent rubbing and all was fine. so i checked that the part where the tool sits in wasnt catching the frame and it wasnt. and i decided 2 ride it for a while to see what happened and after 1 week of solid riding (about 40 hrs!) its still really stiff? >_< has anyone got any ideas as to go around this problem and solve it please? im in a really big pickle! thanks, John (N)

oh i forgot! i ride motorcycle trials so sunday working is a no go area! so it would be saturdays or thursday/friday nights.

so what sort of work is it because i know i need money but i dont want to make my life hell just to get some. would it all be cleaning dishes or stacking shelves or what ;)

i am 14 years old and have got to make some money as my bike is slowly needing more and more new bits to keep it going and i see no point in gettin the standard parts to replace them so as parts are breaking i am replacing them with good quality parts that are exactly what i want. i need to make money though as i have none and my front magura is on its way out so im going to get a hope mono mini. if you have a full time job could you please post how you made your money when you were around my age and if you do not have a full time job could you please tell me how you make your money. many thanks! john. ;)

Lovely! ill try to get pictures of my bike soon but for the moment its an 05 250cc gas gas with many modifications such as different reeds and a thinner drive plate in the clutch making it drag less. (Y) :unsure: i love it to bits!
