Yeah im check out the 'proper' topic for it which ive just posted on here. Im a little pissed this video was released early before it was done properly as I spent a lot of time on it but Brett couldnt get any more clips on that frame so meh. Ive finished off the video properly and uploaded it to tv.isg.si for download in decent quality.

Inspiring. It definately made me want one, both because the riders in it are awesome (as well as the locations) and Andrew simply inspires me to keep filming and editing trials videos. Im defintaely buying one when it comes out.

I use Adobe Premier Pro 1.5 and its a mint program, its not actually hard to use at all especially once you figure the basics. I havent tried much else but I have heard off many people that Premier is one of the best, and I love it.

Hey Luke, no point really commenting because I filmed and edited it but anyway cool riding your getting better really quickly, like everytime you come out you do something bigger and better. Come on guys more comments would be nice for him.

Nice video Matt, you have gotten loads better since I rode with you here in Scunny. Keep up making the videos and you will get better and better at both riding and editing, as you can look back on your progress.

How Long Have You Been Riding, when Did You Start
Luke Drewery replied to minicrack's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
I am 16 and I have been riding 3.5 years now, I ride a Czar Ivan Long; I have made loads of videos and posted them on here and OTN, they are HERE -
I am now, it wont be too long

I liked that a lot Biff, editing was very impressive. Riding was good, but a little more variation would have been nice but as you mentioned there will be more in your next video. Worth the wait folks.

Onto my tv.isg.si folder it goes unless squince uploads it.

I have had my Czar since early January and I love it. I came from an Onza t-rex and I had no previous experience of high bb frames, so I was a little worried at first about whether I would like it or not, but the decision to get it was a good one. I have the long version, and I find it perfect for everything really, feels just right. The high bb feels strange at first for some moves like wheelswaps and gaps to front wheel but I soon got used to it. In fact the same day I built it up I was used to it. I would recommend getting one, mine has proved to be strong, it rides well and looks good. Top frame I reckon. I have made a lot of videos of me on it if you want to take a look . They are all HERE

Your Opinion On The Direction Trials Should Be Taking.
Luke Drewery replied to Tom_'s topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Anyone who has seen my videos would agree that although my moves are getting bigger quite significantly every few months, I am more of a smooth/sane rider who has some style than a go huge rider who has no style at all and lands like a sack of spuds on every move. I have chosen to ride in a smoother way, incorporating manuals, spins and crankflips into my riding yet I still stick to normal trials moves most of the time. This is because drop gaps and big drops bore me, I dont look for moves like that when I ride. I feel that trials needs a 50/50 or smoothness and bigness, although the only riders that go huge and impress me are the likes of Neil Tunnicliffe, Damon Watson, Craig Lee Scott etc as they still retain style, where as unfortunately most videos I watch nowadays have kids doing drop gap after drop gap adter drop gap with a few ups thrown in, as they see it as the popular thing to do, as if trials is a trend. Trials is a sport that should include some originality, and each rider should have their own style. Im not saying there is nothing wrong to aspiring to better riders but I wish they would be a little original and incorporate some other moves into their riding to become a more all round rider. -
I have recently just learnt hooks and there is a nack to it that involves landing on the wall both wheels at the same time and with your weight forward, this way when you hit the wall the momentum does most of thw work for you, you just lift the bike and lean forward and you should make it up safely. The problem I had was that I didnt have enough speed and I kept my weight too far back so when I landed I did what you do at the minute and fall back. So basically hit the wall hard, fast and with your weight forward and you should get up!

Can Your Weight Affect Your Riding?
Luke Drewery replied to -*lewis*-'s topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Hmm well Im 6ft 4" and weigh 13.5 stone, and I have no problems at all. I wouldnt class myself as skinny or fat, I used to go to the gym regularly and I put on nearly a stone of muscle over a period of a year or so, and that has helped a lot, but now Id rather just ride than go to the gym, as its more fun and less tiring. I feel that whats already been said is right, if you are skinny you dont have the power in most cases to lift the bike around, yet if your fat you are lifting your own fat as well as the bike so its 50/50. -
Very nice riding as usual, you suit stock a lot. The editing didnt do anything for me. not keen on the music either but it suited your riding so you made a good choice there. Bring out a longer video.

Cool video Matt, watched it earlier and I was impressed at how quickly you are improving. Your videos are getting better and better all the time. Keep it up.

Cool video, riding was pretty good and the editing and song went well. Keep it up.
