Here you gooooo; Good ol' Trials-Shack Hope that helps. Nice video, some big moves in there.
-
Yeah why make the TPA so thin and obtrusive? Its certainly gonna break off with the first hit to the lever, which tends to happen a lot in trials. I really like the look of them both though, but Ill stick with my Avid Mechanical I think, its given me a year of completely maintenance and problem free power (no pad changes, oiling etc) so I cant fault it.

Good video, some crazy riding by the guy on the orange frame, he needs a helmet on though. Good editing too, gave a nice chilled feel with the music.

It shouldnt be much of a problem, I am the same as you I sidehop to the left and have my left foot forward, however only when Im sidehopping onto walls etc. For going over things or going to backwheel on the corner of an obstacle I go to the right , so I dont catch my pedal. I think its because Im scared when sidehopping to the right onto stuff because my back pedal doesnt catch on the wall if I miss, so I fall backwards. Also mech hangers are annoyingly easy to snap! I can go bar height over stuff and bar height onto stuff, so it doesnt matter which way I go anymore. I stopped doing sidehops onto stuff for a while (hence why sidehops onto stuff are never in my videos, only over stuff. They will be in the next one though...) because I tried learning up stuff to the right, and for the reasons mentioned earlier it felt completely unnatural and I got nowhere. Go the way that feels natural to you.

Thats the first real video of him I have enjoyed, as the editing in his others wasnt what I liked, it was good dont get me wrong but just not what I like personally. The riding was amazing just as I expected, and I assuming that was filmed by Craig in Sheff? Editing and filming were mint, cant wait for another like that.

Quite surprisingly I love the look of that bike, because even though the red and green do clash I think its one of those one of a kind things where 'it just works'. Sweet ride.

Here you go; Trials-Shack Sweet video. You guys are always gettin better, some impressive riding there.
-
I almost forgot about Mike Bentham and his buttery smooth style! Nice video, top class riding and good editing. However I dont think it touched on his old videos.
-
Nice one, I will most likely have an entry ready by then, if I get my ass on the train to get some decent footage!

Fair play, function over fashion. I quite like the look of it, is this the frame that Akrigg was riding in that clip from a while back on your site? The one where he bunnyhops up that wall out of the bank, then rides back in? If so it looks very streety. I do miss having a seat now I come to think of it, riding around is a nightmare!

PIMP! I like the Giants, I must admit I thought they rode pretty well. The Ashton is nice too, I want an Ashton myself.

Lord of the Rings-The Return of The Erection (king) Lol good game

Yeah I have never bothered de-interlacing any of my videos but I will for the next one.

Yeah I know, nice and scratchy! Cheers for comments.

Hey guys, Matt Gibson came over to Scunthorpe yesterday and we had a chilled ride. We only filmed a few clips, hence why the video is only a minute long. Anyway, here it is; Scunny short ont' tv.isg.si Luke.

Yeah nice pics, some good riding there.
-
Yeah this video is from recently, as the frame he is riding is fairly new out and as Inur mentioned there is an Adamant in the video. I guess he just wanted to try something a little different to pure UCI stylee...

Yeah there is Avid Liquid 7 (the newest semi-pro version) which retails at £360, then there are the pro versions which Im guessing are VERY expensive. There are also the Sony Vegas packages, which get good reviews. But realistically for trials videos even movie maker is adequate. All you need are basic effects, transitions and the ability to capture/import/export video clips (which is what all editing programs do!). People have made very nice videos on movie maker, its mainly the riding, filming and creativity that determine how good a bike video is.

I have both 16:9 and 4:3 TV's in my house, if this is a decider on whether to film Our Summer in widescreen or not then do, widescreen is the only way.

I bought a pair of try-all shoes about 8 months sgo now (possibly longer) and I have been using them ever since. They do offer a lot of ankle support, and their stiff body and soft sole do give a very nice feel. I would say try a pair, as I was sceptical too but it turns out they are good. However I am not going to buy another pair, but rather get a pair of Orchid BMX shoes or something like that, they are still made for riding but can be worn casually too and they are much cheaper.

I use Adobe Premier Pro 1.5, and its got everything you could need to make trials videos and more. Most people use some form of Premier, whether it be elements, 6.5, pro 1.5, pro 2.0 etc they are all good. Some of the better video makers on here use pro software such as Final Cut Pro (For Mac) and I think a couple of people said they have Avid software, which is what a lot of Hollywood editors use I believe.

Yeah I really dont like the stripped silver on that bike, I reckon limeys look so much nicer in their black and green original colour. Still nice though.
-
Cheers man, I have PM'ed you about that frame.
-
No-one? Just after a couple more opinions, thats all. I apologise for the large amount of pallet riding in the video by the way, when my GCSE exams are over hopefully I can make a video filmed in better places.

I have a Czar 1100 (long) version and I can spin and manual fine on it. Check out my latest video here It doesnt take long to get used to either, but that may have been the case because I am tall, I dunno. Long frames with bb rise are good for everything really, just give them chance.
