These look good. May make disc mounts on custom steel frames a bit tasty
-
I want doesnt get!

Colour looks better in the flesh. Joes the biggest woman ever at choosing colours, but that is very tasty indeed

I see young Alex has cunningly put my name down I think leaving at 9 is a bit ambitious Joe, only takes an hour.

The bike sweet as on the whole, everything is clean and black and its good to see the fp lever blade on there. Just feel that the frame looks a bit wrong with a straight top, not streety enough for me

Give Sam a tow rope attached to the back of your car I might come. Last time I couldnt ride due to an arson attack on myself.

They aint no fatties Im using the Onza tyres on my xc as well, probably better for that then trials to be honest. Yeh, mistake about the chain, rushed putting it all together

Heres my bodged together with spare parts stock. [attachmentid=6187] [attachmentid=6188] [attachmentid=6189] [attachmentid=6190] Had to make a few things as money reserves were low. Ridden it a little now and its just not as fun the 24, but at least I now have choice. Check out the old school Onza front tyre! The 24 for good measure, nothing has changed, its perfect

You guys know how to make awesome videos Just like the old days

Even if he has, then these would probably get around it. You could argue that there not 360, due to the little slot in them to tighten them up etc.

Ive seen this car at MPH '05. The front end does look a bit dodgy, but if you look carefully, you can see the ducting goes from the front, straight out to the sides, just behind the front wheels.

Nice Its not fair that all these new people to trials are so good after only riding a year
-
They are quite handy. I tend to use mine more for xc then when trials riding, as i cant fit a dv cam in it, but i take the bladder out and put it in my bigger bag. I have a Camelback Rocket, can hold 2 litres, fits most tools in, sounds like it fits your needs well. It doesnt have exterior bungees, but i just do the helmet buckle up around one of the zip, which works alright. Got mine from Wiggle in a sale, paid around £30 - £40, cant remember now.

I missed this post when it first came out it seems Anyway, loving the overall look of it, the dark grey with orangy colours, does look the job. Im just a little puzzled on the way some of the joints have been done, and some of the brazing doesnt look the nicest. I dont undertand why the seatstays are cut and brazed back together at an angle (same goes with the Leeson frames). Surely its far easier to bend them, and a hell of a lot stronger (ive noticed a lot of the Leeson frames snap there). Id have thought a better join could also be made to fit the seatstays to the dropouts. It just looks a bit awkward the way its done. The gussets. Im guessing from Mikes little sketch that he requested these, but the position on the top tube/down tube gusset is all wrong. According to what I have read and picked up, a single gusset in the centre of two tubes, as on this frame, is as good as useless. Gussets like that only become effective when brazed on the side of the tubes, much like whats found on the Curtis frames. I also dont think the one connecting the top tube to headtube is long enough either And the brazing, surely they could have been cleaned up before completion. Powdercoating has a tendancy to smooth over brazing, so they cant be that neat underneath. Just a few points I have been wondering, not just on this frame but the other IOLO frames you have posted up. Its not a dig, Im just curious. I am very impressed how you can manufacture a T45 frame with all the trimmings and powdercoat etc for such a competitve price, I know its not cheap and very time consuming from my own attempts. Arron
