Its been a week now and no problems with it. When you land on the bash, it doesnt touch the chain so doesnt pull tighter (Y) Peoples opinions of it seem to be good, so I may have to make some more (Y) If/when I make some more I will make them half the thickness, as 1/4 inch is a bit too much, but hey, its strong as hell (Y)

Well it does work now I have been riding, but my mech hanger is a bit loose so the tension keeps going a tiny bit slack :( Im impressed however, and may modify it with a grub screw soon (Y)

We shall discover if it does that later :S Havent gave it a good thrashing yet, but I will do :D"

This is what kept me busy all of yesterday and late last night. Its similar to the Rennendesigngroup Tensioner. Details: Made from 1/4 inch aluminium. Stainless steel bolts. 2 Cartridge bearings. PTFE roller. Weighs 130g (approx) Contains 11 functional parts. DOES NOT HAVE SPRING :D Should fit on most frames, as it bolts up tight against the mech hanger. Todge :S

Nokian Gazzalodi 2.3 Substantial amount of grip - good against pinch flats, nice tread pattern, very chunky :- - rather cheap at £21.99 - not too heavy (about the 1 kilo mark)
