We raced it.
Lost in the semi finals by about a foot :S
Not too bad though, as its still in one piece and we might try to enter it at Nass into there soapbox race.
Its pretty quick, but obviously depends on the hill.
It picks up speed quicker then a normal bike cos there is less friction due to no gears and brakes rubbing etc.
The course Im on is Automotive Design at Coventry University for the guy who asked.

Been busy over the past few weeks making a soapbox racer out of Cardboard for a uni project. We have to race this thing down a slalom course at the end of the week too!
Made entirely from cardboard and PVA, were only allowed to use other materials for the wheels and steering.
Amazingly, it rides very nice and is super quick to get rolling and not too uncomfortable. Will get some video clips of the race itself.
