Good morning folks, just had a last minute thought of putting a post in about today (Sunday 12th June), 5 of us are going up for a training day at Addingham moorside for 12pm to about 4pm ish. Im certainly going to go for it, like ali said though, younger riders would benifit more. But then again, i think i need some help in some areas :P

Nice one Phil, one comment from me, Travelling!! I myself own a Volvo estate so i took 5 people and 5 bikes to the competition including me, if you can get together and share lifts its sooooo much easier to get there! Its very enjoyable when your there (Y)
