  4. I guess it's about how far you're willing to go. Bjorn was a Marine for a couple years but the stuff he had to put up with was simply bollocks. Being woken up at like 4.30am, made to swim across a lake then take your wet clothes off, run a few miles then put your wet clothes back on and stand in a watch tower until dawn. Doesn't sound like much fun to me matey. He said he thought it was impossible to fall asleep standing up until he joined the Marines.
  5. Bjorn joined the Marines, had to quit riding and hated it so badly he left a couple months ago. My advice (including all the stories he's told me) would be to forget about it right away.

  13. Hey guys, I'm looking for a download manager than I can add several files to and will download them each at a time. For example, say I add 5 files the program downloads only the first, and once that is finished it downloads the second, then the third etc. Basically a program that won't download all the files at once. Any help much appreciated.

    Working Out

    It's not easy to get a straight answer as there's loads of different opinions on this. Some say you should have a damn good workout 3 or 4 times a week with a decent rest (typically a day) inbetween to let your muscle fibres repair themselves and grow. Others say just keep going for it. Personally I think it's fine to work out every day unless you're really pushing yourself, in which case resting is paramount. For example, doing some situps/pushups every day won't do you any harm but maxing yourself out on the benchpress every day will strain you and lead to injury. Just be sensible about it mate.
