Well I know which monitor I'm getting - it will be the Dell 2407WFP A04 24" (see below) so that's no longer a problem. Now I'm just looking to find a surround sound system with an optical input to run off the PS3 - I'll be using an HMDI to DVI cable from the PS3 to the monitor but still need the audio sorting. Edit: Managed to find myself a rather decent 5.1 surround system with optical input for roughly £200 - the Logitech Z-5450: All done!
