  1. Swindon. Thursday 22nd Meet bout 1 Me, Porter, Stedman and possibly, some other worcester guys. Anyone else fancy the ride?
  2. If its two miles, and you've got a bike you might as well just ride, not exactly a marathon.
  3. Thats very similar to mine, save for the fact that my bb is +15. I love it that way, suits me down to the ground. 24" 1020 380 +15 73 20" 1025 375/380 +55 72

    Motorbikes

I'd say get a 125 first. I can safely say that if i'd gone direct access (ignoring my age) I'd have crashed by now I think. I've learnt so much by beeing able to ride my XR125 around with L plates on going to work and back etc. I've done 700 or so miles on L plates and I can clearly see an improvment from week to week, I just dont think I could feel safe enuogh to ride a big bike after only 4 days instruction. Its been 5/6 weeks since i passed my CBT, I've had lessons most sunday mornnigs with trained instructors and I'm not ready to take my test (theory done ). At which point I can get anything limited to 33bhp, which on a motorbike is still not exactly slow. Thats for two years, then you can ride anyhting you want. Or you can do the direct acess after you get some raod experiance on a 33bhp bike But anyways, yeh motorbikes are awesome fun, go get one
  5. I dunno if thats him, I'm not on BMX forum, but I suspect it is. All I know is that hes improving well fast, and he can land tailwhips on my Leeson
  6. That was unreal. Was cool to see Joe (In the expert class), one of the guys I ride with sometimes up there, he was riding awesome, till that bail. How can they even imagine committing to some of those lines
  7. 22-18, with 170s. Feels about the same as 22-19 on a stock. and by running a 22t chainring and gears I can have a seperate park/highspeed gear.
  8. If you take your time and follow some of the advice above you will end up with a good finish that will last. I spent a day, on and off, at work ( Halfords) repainting a bike that had been scratched, and when I had finished the finish really was as good as new. Its just a case of taking your time and really doing things properly.
  9. Get rid of the wd40 and grease, and just use GT85, will return much smoother.
  10. I dont see whats wrong with your current gloves james. They suit me fine :)
  11. Aye its been too long since I've come down south, so I'll see you all there :(
  12. Cool little vid  That steps place looks fun to ride.

  18. Awesome, I was sitng there like :( (Y) . That intro was really well done, worked wickedly. And riding was crazzzzy, gap to smith stall, WTF! (Y) (Y) :P
  19. Niiice video guys. It all flowed well and was niec to watch (Y) But Matts riding, (N) I'm off to go see if i can do that many spins in one line and not feel too dizzy (Y) unreal.
  20. I'm sure earlier in the thread they said about 1040, which isn't that long. there are lots of 24" eesons that come upto 1040. Seems to me like it will ride like any other 24", but with long low and not silver looks. But fairplay if it puts an affordable 24" on the market
  21. The tune if Now its Time, by Adequate7. I've tried riding bmx, but I just dont get on with it, I've got one, and I can ride it, but I can ride my trials bike just as well in all situations, and much better in some. I do like riding trials, and thats what I ride, I just add some variation in there too.
  22. Thanks you guys (N). Have to thank Samthebiker and Gtburrows for most of the moving camera shots <_< (Y)
  23. Its taken a while due to my bike falling apart on a regular basis. Thanks to the guys at Pashley for lending me a frmae while my Leeson was beeing repaired (Y) and even more thanks to Clive for fixing and improving my Leeson for free :( Thanks josephine for putting it on tv.isg
  24. That skateboard one is awesome. The link below is a stopmotion mini cartoon I made the other day with my g/f, using a similar method, but then redering it in premiere. http://media.putfile.com/Stopmotion-sillyness

    Over Exposure

Capturing with premiere is simple (Y) File > capture > capture movie. Then you might need to change the settings to capture via firewire and just hit the record button.
