Some reeeaal nice pics there steve, wish i could have come but my bike is broke again!!! Sucks. Have morris sprayed his bike? Would be nice if he has because i swear it has stayed the same for years! Good pics, see you soon bud. Aaron. broke your bike again? what have you done to it this time?? is it the frame crack? yer morris sprayed his leeson, got new tubes and stuff welded to it, its pretty noiceee. steve
  3. the video is here, it was an alright day my arm was in a sling so i didn't ride and just took some clips and a few photos. found HERE!! and the link to video is HERE sorry for eengoedidee, don't have another account, if you want to upload it elsewhere then feel free to do so. comments please steve
  4. "that boy got skill" indeed. nice chillaxin' video. steve
  5. nice, is there a downloadable version of the full comp? steve
  6. depends which rex it is, old ones are horrid and i'd definately choose the hawyes over it. new rex is alright, much longer but i personally don't like the flame finishing on it. steve
  7. for the money they're pretty good, i had mine for about 8 months now, haven't lost a pin but the bushings seem to be gone on them and making a crap rattling noise, apart from that the bearings seem to be alright. but i won't buy a pair again cos i want to try DX's, i've heard good reviews about them. maybe you should consider spraying the pedals? at least you have a wider choice. steve
  8. how much depends on what spec it is and what sort of condition its in. i got my old one built back up (blue one - 2004 geo) obviously its got the old skool geo, so for new skool trials like hooks and sidehops its not so great for..but its defo a nice short streety bike. its lightish, built like a tank and it looks freaakin' sweet. i haven't found much problem with it yet. maybe weak disc tabs, but i'd run V's if i have the choice! steve
  9. haha good effort, old skool bike with some old skool moves! steve
  10. nice pics, bit blurry though.. steve
  11. drink-riding is a confidence booster steve
  12. haha that pic is hilarious! steve (im a different steve )
  13. this bike is freakin' sweeeet. steve
  14. thanks scott sorry i didn't get much pics of you, but yer it looked fun, i would be up for getting soaked at section 4 haha, quite gutted about my arm! yer the whole slope was coming off as soon as you put some weight on it! even some of the blue's were falling apart. steve
  15. right i took a few rubbish shots but there's enough to show you what kind of a day it was! sections looked quite hard but luckily the weather held out alright, and seems like the riders enjoyed themselves which is always the most important thing. i was following the stephens' mitch dave around mainly so i don't have pics of everyone! apologies for poor angles and efforts really but i had a dislocated arm with a sling on so i couldn't really be arsed to run around the sections. anyway here: sorry i will edit and add more pics but imageshack isn't working properly at the moment. [EDIT:] more pics hope you all like! steve ps. i got a few clips so i will whack it together into a vid in a few days time
  16. well i got mine a few weeks back and i tried running my usual 16 psi in in the rear with a spesh downhill tube (im very light and im used to low pressure in the minions) , pinched on the first ride!....so in terms of low pressure its no good really, i now run a little more, up to 25psi now!! its been fine, its got plenty of grip, weighs 900g's (400gish lighter than the minions) and its got a larger tire volume than the 2.5 maxxis, being a 2.4 itself. its also a bit wider than the maxxis cos it rubs on my frame a little when my wheel is out of true. so in my opinion an excellent light grippy tire if you can afford it, and if you're silky smooth or you like slightly higher pressure then i'd rate them over maxxis... hope i've helped. steve
  17. hmm good rider i guess but the video is pretty boring, its way too repetitive. steve
  18. unlucky....replacing frame is always a pain, its costly, and might never find the right geo/weight again!! steve
  19. will be there with a few others i think steve
  20. my mate grant's 07 is definately louder than both my 06's. he run gears though i don't think that would have made a difference.... i can always hear his hub being louder when he's a couple of meters away from me when both hubs are spinning steve
  21. the wall ride and the last are my fav steve
