  9. yer boy, its funny how loads of people were criticizing how weak its going to be few months back.. now they seem to be everywhere. that one looks good too. how are you finding your bar and stem set up? im running thomson x4 110mm and onza carbon bars, though i've been advised to get a longer and higher rise bar or high rise stem. steve
  10. yer i thought so, goddamn rich larrhdaahners. i worked in fenchurch street for a week for 'staff training' before i started work in MK and it was pretty easy compared to the midlands. i guess bromptons/trek/dahons owners are generally less arsey people because they don't go off roading and expect more from their shit bikes (they very often do in MK, - EG: GT outpost: "my gears aren't working as smooth as i want them to be" and our answer is "well if you spent more than £200 it might work a little better, its as good as it gets..") and to be honest most people just don't look after their bikes and their expect it'd be a perfect bike just because they bought it from a big branched-evans store......let the bitchin' commence and the manager will come out to tell them to f**k off. steve
  11. you still have lectures? gutted! haaha. i didn't have any this term. back to the thread-shit night really................................. though i saw the women of my dreams but i was too scared to talk to her, i have met her a few times before though, does this happen to you guys?? or maybe its a pissed thing. uncool. syteveeee
  12. ditto. there's bmxers out there who'd cut their bars down so its 'easier' for spins but i know a few of my mates who can just ride with normal width-ed bars. can do do all sorts of crazy stuff and they're bloody awesome riders, infact one of them rides for federal. so as much as i know about bmxing, i think thats damn good? at the end of the day its all preference.... steve.
  13. i hear fuel prices are going up to about £1.50 per litre by autumn, but it won't stop people from driving cars. so whats the problem with inner tubes? manufacturers pay sweet f.a. for rubber anyway, retailers make most of the money in tubes steve
  14. haha. yer? maybe... or some Milton Keynes customers are just bitches that think they know more than you and look down on you staff purchases are good though. steve
  15. dammit should have waited. this looks like a big improvement over the current 08 model. stronger yoke and built in booster. and the whole dropout looks neater as well. geo's about the same too, good stuff. might invest. ahah steve
  16. i thought it was quite cool, probably because its something different done on a trials bike. stop the bitching guys, its either you like the video or you don't, i don't think he's going to change his bike just because you said its 'not right'-what is the right bike? steve
  17. i really liked the feel of the el camino levers, better than the HFX9's, should be ok i guess, but not sure if its any good for trials, is it front or is it back? steve
  18. apparently you can walk in the door next to the sign and you'll find the heart of statue of happiness... steve
