  6. i tend to get them when i've ridden hard and knowing that i pushed myself to the limits by stretching... nothing i do to be honest just a nice sleep sorts it out. might take a day or 2 though to go away steve

  12. wow this is shocking news...haven't been on the forum for 2 days and this is heavy stuff thats hit the community.. sorry to hear about the sad news, didn't really meet him at all except i knew he was there at the DJ ride few weeks back.... really don't know what to say. sorry for the loss of those who are close and knew him better and his family.   13. dob tubing is thick (being magnesium)...i use a tryall bb, it fitted with a bit of filing on the bb, didn't seem to have any problems so far! steve

  17. right i've managed to partly thread my axle on the drive side on my rear monty fixed 07' hub... at the moment im just holding it in with an extra long bolt (supplied fun bolts are short as hell!) but it sure won't last forever, anyone know where i can get spares for it if there are any? there's a grub screw on either side of the hub shell but im not too certain what they're for! steve
