  1. Yeha me too, but that was after about. 5-6 grinds. they should be okay for a smooth rim though might dent a bit. because of there design?
  2. Answering your own topic? YES! ALSO - use the spell checker!
  3. Yeha because you put square hole in! lol! My vote for either Ronnie or Echo 07 I have one, just not laced up to my hub!
  4. If you have the right shifter you done need to re-set up the brakes. all you need is a friction shifter. if you do bend the mech / mech hanger you just pull / push the shifter untill it works again.

  13. And the dam good pads too/. Also Zoo pads on a very light grind with tar. Not that good though, slip a bit. Or maybe my rim was a bit too gash. But Rock pads (greens) Heatsink reds have a nice squeak to them. Gave me real confidence. That was on a medium grind, with CNC’d backings. Onza Citrus pads, ace pads LOUD AS f**k! Check out my "vid 7" in my sig
  14. Which side is the split link on? it could be rubbing against the bash. Just flip it round so its on the otherside of the bash. Pain to get on and off, Pliers through the spokes and that, but could be that. OR watching on the tensioner, (depending what tensioner your using) Old mech, it will happen! Rolloff happens to them too, you need a washer to it clear.

  23. I'm thinking of getting myself one. I'll be building my own wheels from now on. Something to know how to do. and I'd rather save £10-£15. I know I can get a very good job for that price, but that will eventually die on me so i will need to true it back. ANYWAY, I'm looking at the Trax one Just wondered if any of you people have any experience with these? work in a shop, or out like that, I can get one for £33.99 with staff discount. But will it be much good? Anyone got any better ones for below £50? Thanks Matt!
