I plan on going to the gym to shift a bit of weight, and to build my muscles back up. I used to be more toned, but since doing nothing for the past 6 months I have lost all that. Can someone do a quick and simple program to stick to? I want upper body sorted! i hate my belly! its all flabby and NEVER use to be! =[ Monday - I work Tuesday - Nothing Wednesdays. Rugby training Thursdays - Driving lesson at 6.15 Fridays - Nothing Saturday - Work all day Sundays - work Only really 3 days i can get to the gym.

I have been looing for a wideangle / fisheye lens and couldnt find one. BUT there a shop on ebay selling 37mm fish eyes for under £50 which is very good, the ones I found from proper shops were going to cost about £79.99 and above! Its worth a look. shame I can't find the website name!!!

you pads set up correct? Never had any trouble with mine, either vee or maggie pads! wash the pads. should work very well

I got a Panasonic Panasonic NV-GS80EB-S seems pretty good to me, you cna get extra lenses to add on too, there a wide angle and tele lens. I havent used it yet as crap weather, and my fire wire connection not working on my PC. One thing thats not os good it the way yoiu have to plug it in via usb or Firewire. 1st you have to take the battery off, plug the mains cable into the camer, and then the usb/firewire into the camera I got it for about £220 off play! not bad really..

Me and a female mate (its not my girlfriend) are planning on going to London for a few day. Just need to know a few things. We want a nice yet cheap hotel. Only has to have one (double) bed in. and pretty close to the city centre, maybe a cab journey. (5 mins away) Also when we get there what's there to do? She want to go to the Tate Mordern, National history Museum. she wants to see a show! some other places to. But where else is cool to visit? I don't mind going to museums, as long as there interesting. SO I'm open to suggestions, But I'll have to see what she says before hand!! Thanks guys!
