Take some links out of the chain! Had a rohloff, was okay, needed washers to space it out for the chain. had loads of chain slap too. 74 Kings for the win!!

There Viz bars. there really nice. I had them tilted forward at a silly angle, MUCH better tilted back a bit! Which bit was is obvious? were im on the bench? Was a tricky move, NEVER done it yet!

How do you stop the wheel flexing? my front wheel is really bad. All the spokes are tight too.

I always have my lever tight enough so they don't move freely, but loose enough that they move with a hard(ish) push. Helps too if I sidehop and land on them!
