what he said! mainly because it doesn't work on youtube....
  7. 45mm bolts I think. Echo control aren't any good with mods. IIRC
  8. They are Mega stiff. I had to cut mine in half due to pads hitting them. and its still uber stiff. my frame still flexies. Mega brake performance though
  9. front triangle looks really long.
  10. problem solved.... got a new lever body, piston and seals off a mate. works MINT! I did bled it with oil, as my dad didn't like the idea of water. no luck. So i cut the orange dirt seal off, (square one?) and popped the piston back in, no better. cut the o-ring off. no better. Even tried it with no seals. Just as a test. and it was still sticking. So I'm going to say its the piston at fault. But I have a awesome brake now. Trials-tech splitter is very nice. makes both pistons move together.
  11. where is this square seal? I want one of these (LINK) but there discontinued :@
  12. the piston and the seal? which other do you mean? Yeah I will be bleeding it with water too. I'll update tomorrow if theres any changes with new seal and what not
  13. I'm going to get a new seal. I'll pop to the hydraulic place down the road from where I work see if its a universal seal. doubt it though. if not I'll sand it down a wee bit. just don't understand why its been fine for 2 years they one day was pants
  14. yeah... just cant wait to get the monty ready now. Dual disc less faffing!!!
  15. well I fort id was because I didnt tighten the crossover fully and it leaked a bit and air got into the system. I assumed it would be fine once I lubed it all up and bled it.

  19. looks well lad. does the frame flex much, looks a bit thin out the back end. Time will tell though!
  20. maggie bleed kit, syringes. i dnt think its a problem with the bleed thou to be fair. Just seems the pistons getting stuck

Ride more with people over the country. Head up north, and south. Just enjoy riding make friends. then get old.
  23. RIGHT! new one! I bled it, with no air in at all. Went got a ride, the lever was spot on. seemed awesome. Got on the bike today, pressed the brake and the lever has about 1.5cm free play in. as if the piston not seating in the correct place. Its a brand new lever body. anyone shed some light on the problem?!
