I have a Sony Mini DV camcorder (model no. DCR-TRV14E PAL) I have tryed several times to put the stuff I've filmed onto my computer. I have installed all the drivers, there all on a disc that comes with it, and..... nothing. I tryed on my dad's computer also, same problem. I thourght it would come up as a removable disk drive, because it has a USB wire that connects that to the pc, but nothing. Can anyone please help me? Thanks for looking guys. Matt

I'm myself. Don't like to "brand" myself as anything. Like "Emo" guys have to dress in a certain way, act a certain way. I hate it when people call someone a "Goth" cause they like heavy metal, and like wearing black jeans. I like all music, well most, no country music though. I like heavy metal, metal, rock, dance, etc etc. People can be so judgemental these day, they judge people by how they look. Most time the "Goths" are nice guys to talk to. Then there the chav kids that don't talk to you if you are wearing Nike Air Max, and own a Fred Perry stripey! Just seems pointless to me to put your self in a box. Rant over... Sorry.... Hey People! I have got hold of a Camcorder, a Sony mini DV thing! I was wondering if someone could help me get the best out of it. First off: Almost all the filming will be done on a tripod. I might need some stuff done with out it, but my GF has said she will do it. Is there anything I should do or look out for when filming it? Like angles and all that. Also the editing will be done on Movie maker as I don't have anything else to do it on. It there any thing I should do to make it as good as I can? How long do you think it should last? Song track? I was wondering about a few things that would be good on this forum, they might not be possible but I'll say them anyhow. Well first off, When selling or buying something, on here, it would be a good idea (well I think so) If you have a little box that says that you have got Pay Pal or don't have Pay Pal. Just a small box with the pay logo on it to say you have it or don’t have it. Like the one for a link to your gallery. Secondly, when making a new post anywhere and people have disagreements. Or in the For sale/wanted section, when you asked for the topic to be locked and it doesn't happen, then some fool asks you 3 month after you have sold every thing "still got X item?" I think it would be a good idea for the person who made the topic to be able to lock there own topics, to stop this from happening? Well all that’s out of my head, I'm off! Any good? I love that city! It's so nice! My dad, Older brother and I when there two years ago. It was really nice! Don't go on the beach and get burned, have a walk around the city walls. We went to a small island called miljet. Biking and sailing, ace. The Nealson activity holidays, were going to Greece next sunday! Can't wait!

When I was at Scunny, I had a quick go on Luke's bike. He ran an XTR lever. It was really nice. You could tell the difference between that and my Deore. I use a Shimano Deore at the min, (running up-side-down) It does the job, but it’s no a nice lever. Soon to get a XT so that should be better! I didn't like my avid too much, had a lot of wobble! As for cables I think it’s a Clarks or something like that. (The one you can get from Halfords) Sorry to steal your thread, but what is the best cable to get? Cheers Matt!

Little Johnny was 7 years old and like other boys his age rather curious. He had been hearing quite a bit about 'making out' from the older boys, and he wondered what it was and how it was done. One day he took his question to his mother, who became rather flustered. Instead of explaining things to Johnny, she told him to hide behind the curtains one night and watch his older sister and her boyfriend. This he did. The following morning, Johnny described EVERYTHING to his mother. "Sis and her boyfriend sat and talked for a while, and then he turned off most of the lights. Then he started kissing and hugging her. I figured 'Sis must be getting sick, because her face started looking funny. He must have thought so too, because he put his hand inside her blouse to feel her heart, just the way the doctor would. Except he's not as smart as the doctor because he seemed to have trouble finding her heart. I guess he was getting sick too, because pretty soon both of them started panting and getting all out of breath. His other hand must have been cold because he put it under her skirt. About this time 'Sis got worse and began to moan and sigh and squirm around and slide down toward the end of the couch. This was when her fever started. I knew it was a fever, because Sis told him she felt really hot. Finally, I found out what was making them so sick-a big eel had gotten inside his pants somehow. It just jumped out of his pants and stood there, about 10 inches long, honest, anyway he grabbed it in one hand to keep it from getting away. When Sis saw it, she got really scared-her eyes got big, and her mouth fell open, and she started calling out to God and stuff like that. She said it was the biggest one she's ever seen; I should tell her about the ones down at the lake by our house! Anyway, Sis got brave and tried to kill the eel by biting its head off. All of a sudden she grabbed it with both hands and held it tight while he took a muzzle out of his pocket and slipped it over the eel's head to keep it from biting again. Sis lay back and spread her legs so she could get a scissor-lock on it and he helped by lying on top of the eel. The eel put up a hell of a fight. Sis started groaning and squealing and her boyfriend almost upset the couch. I guess they wanted to kill the eel by squashing it between them. After a while they both quit moving and gave a great sigh. Her boyfriend got up, and sure enough, they killed the eel. I knew because it just hung there, limp, and some of its insides were hanging out. Sis and her boyfriend were a little tired from the battle, but they went back to courting anyway. He started hugging and kissing her again. By golly, the eel wasn't dead! It jumped straight up and started to fight again. I guess eels are like cats- they have nine lives or something. This time, Sis jumped up and tried to kill it by sitting on it. After about a 35 minute struggle, they finally killed the eel. I knew it was dead, because I saw Sis's boyfriend peel its skin off and flush it down the toilet.
