You can use it with both, U use the lil bit that comes with it and screw that onto the QR. They are pretty good though! I've had mine a while and only one very little problem, and it slackens off tension, but I think thats cause my chain is too long!

I was stripping the paint off my headset, got theNitromors, in a plastic tub, popped the headset in. Left it whiole I had my tea. well left it about 1 hours. look to see how it was doing, and this happened! ^^after ^^after ^^ before Total f*cked the tub! My pro two has been no problem since I got it about 3 months ago. Before that i had a hope Mono, Its used to skip at least once every ride, sometime just noticable and sometime it hurt! But my pro 2 has yet to skip. has a nice sound to it so. all in all its a really good hub. mines second hand too.! Matt!
