But that may not really work if theres a fault with the card? Yeah the recovery programmes are really good but XD is the hardest type to try and recover. I don't really know what else to suggest alex. Also don't take any more photos as that will minimise the chances of getting anything back

So you'd like to think hey. The canon 'cleaning system' is apperntly pretty poor. Olympus has by far the best cleaning system and no one can copy it due to copyright/patented. I did have a good link to show water droplets lay horizontal on a Super sonic wave filter being launched upwards due to vibration but I can't find it. I read on dpreview somewhere that on guy had 100 sensor spots on his new £3k mark 3 in a week and said the 'cleaning system' did bugger all. Anyway thats just someones experience. Not that it really matters but im mighty bored: D70s 18-70 10-20 50 f1.8 70-300 apo SB600 Tripod, bags, filters etc Sigma SA7 + 24-70 + 75-300 push pull lens. Mac book Pro for editing. I've got enough kit to do everything I want, only thing I would LOVE is a 10.5 fish and some pocket wizards. May upgrade to a D200 when I go uni but meh, glass is more important anyway.

Dont get a DVD one. They are a pain in the arse, different formats and compability issues etc. Either mini DV or HD i guess? Mini DV is easy enough to use and upload as long as you have firewire really. The quality is pertty good as well so i'd go for that.

Since you have Fuji, stick with fuji. I bought one of these, and working in a camera shop you tend to be pretty fussy CLICK iso 100-3200 580 shot battery life (mine worked for a week straight outta the box) Face detection Manual controls Loads of jazz, its so sweet.

No luck in the random Qs thread so thought I'd try here. I'm now on my second ipod (20gb photo) the first one was JUST within warrenty and the click wheel stopped working. They replaced it no problem. The other day I dropped mine, went to catch it by the headphones but they just came out. Later I realised the bottom is slightly cracked and it wont play music now. What shall I do? Does anyone know the link on the apple site where I can send it back? I dont wanna send it back and then get a silly bill for repair. Apple site is a nightmare for tryint to find anything like that, I could probably send it back easy but don't want to have to pay for a bloody repair. Any suggestions?? pleaseee Thanks Rob
