Seeing how you are on the forums (which isnt much of your time, but hey), I really admire you, DJ's family and friends at how strong you've been about the whole thing, I know you may have had weaker moments, but you have all been an inspiration to me and i can imagine quite a few others. If this guy had an expired Visa, why did he run through the station and jump the ticket barriers before he even knew the police were on to him? AAAAAAND... what if the police know something about the man that they dont want the public to know... if they tell the world that they have successfully killed one of the bombers, the others will most likely leg it (live to die another die) and return in a more suprising way that the police wont be ready to handle, instead the bombers may now think they are safe because the police are informing everyone that the guy they shot isnt a bomber when he actually is. There will be a lot more to it than we actually know, I mean, why would a police officer risk his job, his life, and his family's life over it? How often do the police use force these days, rather than just pretending they havent seen the trouble makers and picking on law abiding citizens who step a toe out of line? Nobody could have predicted it, and it could also work as a scare tactic, and the fact tyhat the guy in charge of the police has said they will still shoot to kill means they are on to something. What miffs me off are the people sueing the police and disagreeing with it. One minute everyone wants these bombers caught and dealt with, Next minute, the police are the bad guys and the bombers are being picked on. This isnt a game. This is war.

Most asylum seekers are fine and work hard, and don't cause a fuss and apreciate Britains hospitality, but its on the whole, the 20 something males that cause all the trouble, deal drugs etc. I have seen a lot of trouble caused my asylum seekers, and they are always young males, in gangs causing trouble. The problem is that they much so much trouble that they end up branding the lot of them, which is unfair, but how do you filter them out? The heads of state for saudi arabia and pakistan said England is a soft touch and should stop lettting immigrants in. If quite a few people are coming from their countries, and thats what they think, surely for the moment, thats the best thing to do, while a more thorough filtering system is sorted out?

PA stands for Public Address, and thats what they are for, getting sound out right to the back of a hall, and filling large spaces. From a distance they sound great, like in a concert or something, but close up, its just too much to pick out any individual sounds, its just one big mess. I used to run the PA syste for my old church which filled a prtty damn big hall, and from the back, the sound would be completely different to if you were close. Also, for movies and stuff, the sound stage they produce is rubbish, you dont get the sound coming at you naturally from where its supposed to, you know its coming from the speakers themselves. Like I say, I prefer high quality audio, not loud stadium filling audio, (although my 6x 120 watt amp does give some rather nice volume when you want it :turned: )

But theyre not for small rooms; if you listened to my speakers compared to yours, sure yours will go louder, but it would just be painfull to listen too; you wouldnt the clarity or precision of the sound from mine. If you are right then why dont all the fancy stereo system manufacturers just make PA style speakers instead of the ones they do make?

Yeah, I know what you mean about hard to keep clean, the bobbly bits get grimw stuck all around them! but when it is clean,, it looks nice. My car has the dark blue and black interior, so it may be different to yours. the fully black interior looks a bit more tacky. The cup holder and everything comes out so you can clean them easily! I dont have young-uns, so it seemed like a good idea to me, especially as the car was filthy when i got it. BMW Z4 next! speaking of wharfedale and expensiveness, ive just spotted these which have gone from way over budget to a good price. you may want to consider. your best bet is to google it and search for reviews on them both, and others, not take too much advice from people on a trials forum.

His budget wont cover anywhere near those that you are suggesting, are they? So its just teasing him isnt it! Missions are very good for the money. PA speakers designed to give long-throw sound at a distance, not right up close, or inside a normal sized room in a house! If you are within a couple of metres of a pa speaker, it just sounds like noise. the whole point of a pa speaker is to publicly address people, if you were so right, then all the best speakers for home stereos would be pa speaker style... but theyre not.

Dont worry about volume, that amp will give you volume, and either of the m33's or m44's will easily cope with it...

Huh!? I agree it feels quality, but it seems like youre contradicting yourself there... our 02 plate pug seems pretty good quality inside, and all the plastics feel very nice and solid. We havent had anything wrong with ours, hopefully yours was just a dud :-
