Ive tried using the metal formula Araldite on my ACS twice now, left it to dry for ages, but it still comes loose after a few weeks. Ive really tried caking the stuff on, but its just not holding. Any other suggestions on what I could use to keep it tight? I loctite stronger than araldite? Cheers Roo Man

Being that its a girls bike, it does have a low standover height, so the crouching would be possible. Very demoralising, but possible... B)

At a guess id say its so you can bridge longer gaps with both wheels resting either side of the gap?

The point of blipping the throttle while you have the clutch down is to raise the revs in the engine to match those of the gear you will be in when you lift the clutch up... so its almost simulaneous, rev a bit and lift up the clutch, so the engine is goin the right speed for that gear, thus giving you asmoother gearchange, and with a swap from the brake to throttle quickly so you dont coast for more than a second... I dont see whats so better about heel and toeing than what i just described.... i think were gonna have to meet and demonstrate out different techniques or something... (Y)

But why would you need to heel and toe? Why cant, you brake and clutch, then move your foot from the brake to the throttle, and give it a blip as you lift up the clutch? Theres no need to be braking and blipping the throttle, because you arent treducing speed dramatically enough to need a smooth change that fast?
