  1. Few improvements to bracket but still havent spreayed it hehe, had a few problems with it flexing side to side, that is now sorted. Also now with Hope Mono Trial disks, 160mm front an 180mm rear, on profile rear disk hub. Rides an absolute beast. :)

  10. Get one off these, much better. I have one and it is very nice. Profile disk hub
  11. Hehe my bike and my homemade disk adaptor. Im not sure if i am selling it now, but what ever i do have i will deffo run the disk adapter, i did it for a little mess about, i feel confident that it will not break, after all it is 3mm steel which is held on by a 8mm axel. The only thing i could see might happen is the four bolt thread riping out, but i think it will be fine. In fact i trust the bracket more than the avid disk, as i have seen them snap across the bolt mounts (The caliper is cast). The brake works really really well, but i would like to try a more solid disk on the back like a hope mono trial or something as the avid caliper does flex on the braket. The Hope caliper is not cast like the avid i think it is machined which would help reduce the flkex and be much stronger overall i think.
  12. Hehe that was good, especially because im in it. Shame there wasnt more of Ben in it as you do have some very priceless clips of him.
  13. Very nice vid! Wasnt your last name Evans?
  14. This tensioner was mainly tested on a Echo Control 04 by Todge himself, so it will definately work, get in contact with him and he will help you, i know he will. Todge@hotmail.com
  15. Heres my Xmas project, a Zoo Python DD, just wanted to try a rear disk. Rotors dont match as CRC sent me the wrong one. Running a rear profile disk hub. Disk caliper is held on with a homemade 3mm steel bracket which is attached to axle and to the bottom 4 bolt mount. Ridden the bike for a few days now and it really fun and brake works amazing, just seems a bit heavy (big fat profile disk hub!) Anyway, hope you like COMMENTS
