Gotta be bling with the rims we have 5 spare steel rims aswell, sowe'll be able to change them anyawy. we were looking at a minor traveller, but the only way to buy them is to get a wreck, and we cant refurb a car in 2 months. so yea, its 4 of us in a nova. origionally i signed up to the mongol rally, but when places filled up, they sent an email about pioneering this new one, had to take it. trouble is, no ones heard about it yet, so can you asll spread the word (link to http://www.willwemakeit.com/supernovas) Thanks for the support, alot of people think we will make it

  5. Lower back is an important one, needs to be strong and explosive. you develop this to raise most of your weight (head, neck, chest, shoulders). not to neglect any other muscles though, thighs and forearms are some of the most important muscles, because there what move the bike. . but most importanly, you need your mind. you need to know that you can do it with every muscle fibre in your body, because you arnt going to leave any behind when you gap.
