Forgot about this. Is the weather good yet? http://youtu.be/4wxPgt07NVk

Crazy moves! Looks good. Will see what happens once I move back to australia as I'll be riding more regularly then.

Questionable physics and the odd plot hole I can deal with, but the whole film is just one huge plot hole. Not even the timeline of the film makes sense.
-
Just saw the new fast and furious. Late to the party, I know, but I have two words for anyone thinking of seeing it; Plot holes.

Anything with the 1.9tdi VAG engine won't disappoint for ~£3k. Will get you a nicely specced model of any car with that engine with reasonable mileage and condition. Maybe Octavia estate? Or if you feel fruity, go all out and choose an E46 320d touring. Plenty of car for £3k also.

On a brighter note, bought and fitted another Akrapovic exhaust for my 1000. Sounds the danglies again!
-
I didn't even know that was a thing to be honest! I think I will stick with this Aorta for a while and see where my limits are with it. But that Marino idea does sound good!

Anyone here seen Alfie? Micheal Caine being a total chap for a couple of hours basically.
-
Aforementioned shin damage caused by this snap! Oxidisation indicates that they've probably been cracked for a while and I just overlooked it. Monty 158 cranks too so I'm guessing they're as old as the hills!
-
Learned the hard way about not wearing shin pads whilst riding. Just awoken by my bloody shin sticking to my bed sheet then tearing off. Gross.

Yeah I guess. But on the flip side if he's bought that car on finance over say, 4 years, you'd darn well hope the car would last at least that long provided it is kept up with service intervals. And in his defence, when dropped off for a service the idea is that the car gets checked over, so he could well say that this was missed too. Whatever happens, it's good viewing!

That's quite right, but this was a known issue by Audi. They basically just kept quiet about it when Mr Beef complained and denied any knowledge of such an issue (would have to recall all affected models); to which he did this stunt. Audi then tried saying they offered to fix the car free of charge all along, which was a lie. Hence continuing to keep the car outside. I think its been there for around 7 months now! Also, it could well take 35k miles to show issues, especially if it was something like the turbo oil seals that were defective and causing the oil consumption. Drive along at 70mph and then select first gear and lift the clutch. Then tell me your engine is fine as it was a 'one off' occasion..

I drive past that multiple times per day as my work is on the same industrial estate. Mr Beefnah has no f**ks to give! Word has it that his plan is working though.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRKgxdEQPeU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uz1COcRvqu4 Any pointers? Just got a bike after ~4 years break so basically a noob again. My own criticism is that I should have my hips further back, slow down a bit and also try to do smaller and more frequent correctional hops?

Anyone seen the new Avengers yet? Imdb isn't giving a good enough idea of what it's like.. (Too many fanboys spamming the reviews!)
-
Rode said child's bike for a couple hours. Don't quite suck as much as I thought I would. Bonus!
-
Surely this shouldn't be a question? Originality pays, just go out and explore to find something that you like riding, not just a place that other people do!

Just bought a mod yesterday, it has an Avid XO hydro disc on the front. It feels ok, but not fantastic. I haven't fiddled with it yet as I have a BB7 laying around that I could use instead, just wanted to see opinions of what would be the better brake to use? As if I go for the BB7 it'll need at least a new cable and a service so I thought I would ask before faffing around.

Bought myself a child's bike today for less than £260 including derv!
-
Enjoyed that! Easy to watch your style. Nicely put together!
-
£200 mate plus £26 as I had to buy my own pedals. Not too sad, rides well! Worth the drive to Brighton!
-
I had to buy some before I went down there to make sure it rode OK, got some DMR V8's that will do the job for now, but as they degrade I will give those a whirl! Thanks dude!

New bike, Aorta mod. Hate the polished ally look with a passion so will plastidip it ASAP in some lairy colour.
-
Bump! Anyone else done this? Seems a fullproof and easy way to drastically improve the looks of a bike!
