  1. I love the concept of Enduro Trials, and that guy has some serious skill, but that filming does get irritating
  2. Unfortunately, yes. I'll take everyone's advice from this and just do it myself from now on I suppose...
  3. I think NEXT do a pair of jeans with a fair bit of elastic, never had jeans do that before, normally I just shred the knee's from OTB's
  4. 1. I work right next to the bike shop, so carrying it to the shop really isn't an effort. 2. At the time, I didn't think I'd be able to straighten this wheel as the buckle was pretty bad and it would take a lot of time, hence taking it to the bike shop in the first place. 3. I'm not going to simply give up and take it home after paying for the job I originally requested, therefore I was happy to leave it there for a few more days. 4. TIME wasn't the primary factor in this, it was quality, again, hence taking it to the bike shop. (little did I know the quality wouldn't be as good as I had hoped)
  5. It took the bike shop around 45 minutes which equated out as around £16. If I had known it would take that long I would have just found the time and done it myself
  6. That's not really the point, if I book my wheel in, regardless of how long it may take (FYI, it does not take 10 minutes, I'm no where near the speed of a mechanic), I expect it back with the job done properly.
  7. With the exception of the obvious copied camera angles from the ridge, the lines that only lasted about two seconds, the awkward "180 thrown in just because we can", the off balance ratio of riding:scenery shots and the dramatic music for quite a non-dramatic video, I still didn't like it. However, I don't have anything against Kenny's riding ability as such, it's just the way he portrays his ideas.
  8. Go climbing dude, indoor or out, (doesn't really matter), but has the same sort of feeling while you're doing it, plus its physically demanding so you won't be full of energy a few hours after.
  9. Smoothest 360 we could both pull off over the hip. Surprisingly this only took one attempt
  10. Day of brakeless-ness in Birmingham. Got a bit lost in the ghetto trying to find spots but eventually made it back. Nothing massively special as we didn't film most things, just a selection of clips through the day
  11. Man, I love that video. One of the first ones that made me want to ride brakeless...
  12. I live in the west midlands, could meet anywhere within an hour or so!
  13. I do all the time, go out on a small xc loop on the Inspired, find a fallen tree or slope, play around on it for a bit and then carry on, great fun.
  14. Endura Singletrack, awesome things, and the only gloves to have ever lasted me more than a year.
  15. Those kids literally shit themselves when John 180 tyre-tapped off the steps
  16. I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but by far my favourite bmx edit, 90% down the the riding, 10% down to the song...
  17. Its got that really annoying filming style where its quite obvious the cameraman has never filmed biking before. For example, skipping from one part to another during the fence ride thing about a minute in
  18. Since the two rules of this thread have pretty much gone out the window, I'll post my days riding despite it not complying with either one
  19. Got bored, all his riding was good but too spaced apart
  20. Skills were pretty amazing, I think people forget how hard it actually is to ride a road bike over roots let alone what he's doing here. Having said that, those correctional hops while rolling backwards at the beginning were atrocious
