  1. Defo go for the cousts. They are the best pads i think i had used in a long while, not only cos they work great but they last ages too. The reds are designed for a light grind/smooth rim, i think at least, but the cousts probably outlast and outperform them.
  2. Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I've got a really annoying problem with my PC which started about 2 days ago. Basically, any sound output just turns to a really loud static noise and nothing else. I thought maybe it was my headphones, but it does the same with different ones, and with my speakers. Next thing that popped into my head was that perhaps my sound card had died, then i remembered i just have a shitty mobo integrated one, so i guess that could be screwed. Does that mean i have to buy a sound card/new mobo to fix that? Help!
  3. Motorstorm for the PS3, i've bashed that game for sooo long and yet i cannot get bored, awesome title.
  4. Oi oi, hastings is awesome. Matt might as well be one of us!
  5. Rims are nowhere near perfectly round when you get them, as they aren't that stiff on their own. The strength n all that jazz comes from the spokes. New echo rims are pretty solid, get one.
  6. Google "companies house" for info on registering as an official company.
  7. Well, they would be traveling at each other at twice the speed, but it isn't?
  8. Yeah, but like a lot of physics, there is an awful lot which is extremely hard to comprehend using what we assume to be the normal. Most of the stuff you learn when you are younger has to be thrown out the window when you consider some of the theory's about the universe. One thing that amused me; Imagine two trains traveling towards each other at 100mph, the relative speed of one compared to the other is 200mph. Do the same with two beams of light, and although they are both going at the speed of light, the relative speed is still only the speed of light.
  9. Think of it like a balloon with points drawn on it. When you blow the balloon up, all the points move away from each other, but there is no edge. Thats one model of how the expansion works that i was taught. The universe isn't expanding into anything, because apart from the universe, there is nothing.
  10. Seeing as they are a magnesium alloy, itll be hard to judge strength by the weight compared to usual components because its not been used before. I'd guess that they will be pretty solid, maybe a bit more brittle than other rims?
  11. Dont forget the publicity! I'd say it was a fairly good business venture

    Andyt Video

I saw that video about 2 years ago, get with the times
  13. Might be that you aren't resting enough between rides, eat loads of protein and leave a day between rides if you can? Im no expert but thats what i did when i had a similar problem and it worked alright.
  14. Me and my chums just returned from that very camp site. Its a swamp, but weather was better last few days so might be good for you. Wish we could have gone for board masters, but it was still amazing!
  15. Dont use firefox, i got that problem before and used IE and it was fine.

It means its been sorted and put in a box of where it needs to go. When it is "out for delivery" it will be on your doorstep soon, as it is, i wouldnt hold my breath.
  17. Its easy to play with your bar and stem to adjust length on mods, as you can make a bike feel a hell of a lot longer with a low stem. Go for the typhoon in my books.
  18. Why use CNC if there is no need? Im guessing it will be short as per, they consistently win prizes on their bikes as they are, they wont just change it because people all think longer is better. I personally love a shorter bike. Its interesting at least, and its still a monty so i bet it will ride amazingly.
  19. Tarty n select are too big to compete, i would have had to have about 5k worth of stock to even stand a chance to be honest, and at my age its a bit hard to get that sort of money
  20. At that weight, im sure carbon is cool, but just go for echo lites. Saves you near enough £100 and only 50g or so heavier. Plus, carbon can be pretty dangerous if it goes wrong.
  21. I found that the magura wavey rotors gave shit loads of power, shame the one i had was bent tah fook. Get one.
  22. Yeah, i didnt have the time to run it really, what with exams and all that.
  23. The man speaketh the truth, they were notoriously weak, or at least that was the TF trend at the time. I would say drilling the sidewalls is fine, but dont go anywhere near the squares.
