  1. Yeah ill keep trying this stuff, thought i had it with a 2.5mm allen key but just as i swear it was about to move, it just slipped aroooound. I even tried cutting a new hex shape with a knife Bolt was as tight as i could get it with the tiny ass alan key i had, as it wouldnt stay still. Suprisingly tight actually.
  2. The crack is way too thin, cant even be half a mm. The only thing i can see working is the drilling option. Pants.
  3. My house isnt that advanced, we only have like 1 screw driver, never mind araldite.
  4. Yeah but he's crazy. Dont think i left the superglue for long enough, it didnt work. That, or its crap. Its locktite stuff so i thought it would be alright.
  5. Righto, well im going to buy a bolt from eddy potter, and its gluing at the moment. If that doesnt work ill try a few other methods. Failing that ill see if i can get my dad to drill it out at work, which will work but might take a while.
  6. I use WM8 Download PAL 1024. Works very well for me!
  7. I hope your joking, £15 for the smallest bolt (and possibly the weakest) and a crappy peice of metal. Yeah, its in the most impossible place. At least i can still ride it for now, just got to hope it doesnt start skipping.
  8. Hah, screw a drill near my £200 hub. Ill have a look for a screwdriver.
  9. Hmm, slightly annoyed about this. I thought i would have a go at cleaning my king, and during trying to undo the pinch bolt, the tincy wincy hexagon turned into a slightly bigger circle. So basically im screwed and dont know how to get it undone, never mind done up afterwards. Anyone got any ideas on how to get it undone, im considering the old super glue trick, but i think it might be too tight for that. Also, ill obviously need a new bolt afterwards, where can i get one?
  10. Standard maggy bolts are M5 dan, dunno why but they add 1 to the size of allen key you use. (4mm key is M5) Get the longest bolts which screw in all the way till its tight! That way you make the most of the thread youve got.
  11. I think thats a slightly childish attitude. (No offence at all meant here). Try helicoiling again, or by all means ask select bikes about a replacement. Wasting £300 because helicoiling went wrong once is a bit silly seeing as they are definitly better than standard mount threads.
  12. Monty is your only choice if you want to stick with short and low bb. Look for the 221pr or ti frames. Anything out of china (echo, zoo, gu etc) has a high bb (60mm+) and generally are longer than they say.
  13. There is an option on WoW, not sure where but i saw it yesterday whilst playing with the controls.

    Forks

i have a pair of echo lite forks disc and magura mounts in black, brand new, £63 posted?
  15. Lmao, just had to be in the shower. Give me a free frame so i dont report it as advertising
  16. I do beleive echo hubs are 116mm wide including cams, so that could cause problems with some frames? I know i measured my frames dropouts and they are only 115mm apart (old old echo team). Sounds like a perfect fit for yours though.
  17. Going in the right direction i reckon. Get rid of the built in booster and the holes in the dropouts and they're onto a winner. Simple frames should get back into fashion, flex = bounce = fun!
  18. Linky? There now, anything faster than eengoedidee is great!
  19. The ENO has smaller tabs to begin with, so you could be alright as it is. I think ISIS gives slightly more room to manoeuvre so you might be able to get away with it.
  20. That set-up sounds pretty dece (love that word) Maybe change the pads for CRV's or something?
  21. Blue thing is just a seal, mine was always off and wonky, it didnt affect it.
  22. Wiggle i beleive. Look for Avid Ball Bearing Mounting Bracket Front - 160/165mm IS in Brake Spares.
  23. There was a thread before somewhere, try the search, i think we as a whole decided slower was better
